Charming Apartment in a Great Location
This apartment is a great size for a family with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath and a powder room. There is also a nice yard and on site parking for one car. The location is perfect to walk to anything in St. Andrews or drive to some of the nearby attractions.
The property management company is very friendly and responsive. We would stay there again.

Very clean three bedroom flat with plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood, but very short walk to the downtown and St. Andrew's golf courses. The parking space was appreciated as parking in town is not easy to come by.
Didn't meet the management people, but they made it easy enough to get the keys and provided good directions.
A once grand home, now sadly a bit tired and neglected.
The location of the property is excellent. The bedrooms are spacious and 6 of us had separate beds, which was a requirement. The bedroom furniture is old and not very attractive and the amenities are basic. One small towel per person is inadequate. Both the ensuite and the bathroom could do with a good scrub and refurbishment.
The living areas are basic and in no way luxurious. There’s only “comfortable“ seating for five in a small living room. The kitchen and dining area are well stocked in some respects. Very nice Dualit toaster and kettle for example, but only 5 red wine glasses, no white and an eclectic collection of tumblers.
Worst of all, we each tripped up on the rug which was sticking up at the corners and the door handle fell off regularly. On one occasion we were all trapped in the living room but fortunately we had a front door key with us and were able to go out the back door and open it from the hall entrance.
Location can't be beat as close enough to walk to anything in St. Andrews.

65th Birthday Apartment
We were very impressed at the size of the place. We had our son his wife and our Daughter and husband plus two grandchildren ,great space as we were celebrating my wifes 65th birthday.The kingask house that has the property were very accommodating and put up two posh camp beds in their parents room for the grandchildren .Outdoors the kids had a great time on the trampoline in the large rear garden.There is everything one needs in the property,
Considering the time of year we were lucky with the weather plus the town is a 5 to 10 minute walk.We had a great evening meal at the Westport restaurant & bar, the service and the food there is first class.
All prices include UK VAT Extras Extras should be added at the time of the initial booking and will be confirmed and listed on the booking confirmation. Extras can be also be added up to 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date, and confirmation of any additions means that a new booking confirmation will be issued. If extras are not present on the confirmation, then they will not be present at the property for the let. Extras can be provided after arrival (subject to availability) but will incur an additional fee of £20 on top of the standard charge for the extra. Bedroom Format - (No. of twins, doubles, triples) Many of our properties offer alternative formats for bedrooms, for instance a twin can be made up as a double if the hirer prefers. The format for the bedrooms for the house can be selected in the property options, and there is no additional charge for altering the layout of the bedrooms at the time of booking. Booked formats can be changed up to 4 weeks in advance of arrival, a new confirmation will be issued, after arrival the format can be changed for a fee of £20 per bedroom. Cancellation In the event of cancellation, notice of cancellation must be sent by email (a confirmation of receipt from our office must be obtained) or recorded delivery letter. Holiday insurance should be taken with a suitable provider. Once a booking has been made the following charges apply to cancellation or change of accommodation: more than 6 months prior to start of booking - 10% of deposit within 6 - 3 months prior to start of booking - 25% of deposit within 3 - 2 months prior to start of booking - 50% of deposit within 2 - 1 months prior to start of booking - 100% of deposit within 4 - 3 weeks prior to start of booking - 50% of full cost of holiday within 3 - 2 weeks prior to start of booking - 75% of full cost of holiday within 2 - 0 weeks prior to start of booking - 100% of full cost of holiday The proprietor reserves the right, under circumstances beyond control, (e.g. fire damage or the interruption of utility supplies) to change the booking to a property of a similar standard and grading. Should it not be possible to offer an alternative holiday property, the rental paid will be returned in full to the hirer and the hirer shall have no further claim against the proprietor. At the proprietor's discretion, well behaved pets are welcome (refer to the property listing), but should not be allowed in bedrooms, on furniture or left unattended at any time in the property. There will be an additional charge per week, per pet.
