It is a spacious, very comfortable and clean ground floor flat and perfectly situated to enjoy everything Blackpool has to offer in a private, cosy space. One of the main advantages is the off-road, private parking - parking space close to the Pleasure Beach and the Sandcastle (within walking distance) are very hard to come by and very expensive. Another big plus is the walled garden, perfect for relaxing. The gate to the road is closed and children/toddlers are safe to play in the garden. The flat has been fully refurbished only a couple of years ago and the sofa bed has been custom made so that 2 people can sleep comfortably.

Blackpool has blue flag beach and the town offers plenty of entertainment and recreational opportunities. It's wonderful for walking on the beach and there are plenty of pleasant surrounding villages.
