Why Jean Marc chose Imperia

This is my wife's apartment, where we will be living until June 15th, 2013. Then, we will live nearby, in a bigger apartment.

What makes this apartment unique

Since it is by the sea, you can go out with your bathing suit and you will find many outdoor showers on the beach. The train station is 1 km away.

All shops are nearby.

Location very central, minutes to supermarkets, patisserie, bar/restaurants and beach front, no need for car, everything is walking distance, including train station and buses. Apartment has everything you need for long or short vacations, it is well furnished and very spacious. We will definitely recommend to our friends

Great place to stay !

We spent great vacation in Cote d'Azure, arriving from Nice we spent 2-nd week in this great

appartement. There is nothing negative to say, place is clean, full kitchen, brand new bathroom

, everything top-notch ! Jean-Marc(owner) gave us all necessary information(how to get around, what to

see). Appartment has 2 balconies, one with view on see, another mountain view.

Ventimiglia is great

place to stay, train station is about 5 min. walk from app., from where you get in 10 minutes in

Menton(about 5 km) and 20 minutes in Monaco- Monte Carlo, in other direction only 10 minutes

to San Remo. We also took train to Milano for a day trip(only 3 hrs. by train ). Nice is only 30 min.

by train. Hard to find better location in order to explore Cote d' Azure !

In front of the appartment there are many good restaurants on the see side, food is great and

very affordable. Dont forget to eat in Pasta Basta and La Grotta.

We have been swimming almost daily on the beach just in front of this appartment .

Places to visit : Menton, Nice, Ville Franche, San Remo, Cannes. All by the same train line.

Lovely apartment

We have just returned from a seven week stay at this holiday apartment. The flat is very bright with ample outdoor space from two balconies. It is spotless and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The building is quiet and it was very relaxing to see and hear the sea while relaxing with a glass of wine. The apartment is very well-located with shops, the excellent covered market and train station within a few minutes walk. We had no need for a car as the trains service both Italian and French destinations. We will return!

La migliore posizione a Ventimiglia.

L' Appartamento perfetto per un soggiorno anche a lungo termine a Ventimiglia. Posizione centralissima a due passi dai negozi, bar, ristoranti, mercati e supermercati. Sulla passeggiata, di fronte al mare e alle spiagge, ma leggermente arretrato in modo da isolare da qualunque rumore proveniente dalla strada. Appartamento luminoso, ben tenuto, dotato di tutti i servizi ed elettrodomestici compresa una connessione Wi-Fi a 20 mega e lettino per neonati con lucette e carillon incorporati che hanno fatto la gioia della nostra bambina. Stanze molto ampie e ben due balconi uno ombreggiato e l'altro molto ampio di fronte al mare e soleggiato.

Il proprietario Jean Marc gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Insomma, il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto, speriamo di poter alloggiare nuovamente qui nei prossimi soggiorni a Ventimiglia.

Great holiday.

We arrived by train and Jean Marc met us at the station. The apartment is delightful, overlooking the sea and easy for the centre of town. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is well equipped but with restaurants less than two minutes away who needs to cook?

Jean Marc is a charming man, we hope to return to his apartment sometime in the future.

agréable séjour

nous avons loué en août en , famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge

L'appartement est largement spacieux pour 4 , très lumineux et entièrement ėquipė , c'était comme si jétais a la maison ...

J'ai été frappée par la propreté et l'entretien de cet appartement , ce qui n'a pas été souvent le cas lors de mes locations... En arrivant inutile de refaire le ménage , ca brille !!!

L'appartement est proche de toutes commodités a pied : parc pour enfants, alimentation , restaurants, boulangerie.

Le quartier est bien animé le soir dans les rues mais et ne gêne en rien la quiétude et le calme au sein de l'appartement .

Les seuls inconvénients qui sont venus gâcher notre petit séjour : les PV il faut veiller au stationnement en bas de la rue au risque de voir votre pare-brise garni de procès verbaux !

Enfin , seul petit inconvénient également : nous n'avons pas pu profiter de repas sur le balcon : avec des enfants en bas âge , nous craignions pour leur sėcurite sans parler du vertige ...

Nous avons tout de même pu profiter de la superbe vue sur la mer : la pièce que nous avons preférė : la cuisine qui offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la front de mer...

Le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse extrême , et surtout soucieux du confort de ses locataires afin qu'ils passent un agréable séjour, un grand merci à Jean Marc pour son accueil chaleureux .

Mais pour avoir des PV il faut être mal stationner. Le marquage au sol est très important les marques blanche (stationnement gratuit) Marque bleu ( stationnement payant) et marque jaune(stationnement réserve) A bientôt , Jean-Marc

Tutti i giorni al mattino mercato di frutta e verdura, mercato ittico conosciuto nella regione. Tutti i venerdi sul mare grande mercato di indumenti, accessori come borse scarpe bigiotteria e prodotti alimentari tipici della zona. 40 minuti in treno per Nizza, 20 minuti in treno per Montecarlo (Casino, palazzo reale, museo oceanografico, roseria, giardni giapponesi etc) e SanRemo, 10 minuti per Menton.Treni in partenza/arrivo ogni mezz'ora.
