This luxury apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modernist residential building from the early twentieth century completely renovated with magnificent views and all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant and peaceful as possible.

It is situated in one of the most central, influential and dynamic neighborhoods of the city, near the historic center and two minutes from the stop of the Plaza of Spain meter. It is connected to all tourist attractions of Valencia, the beach, the City of Arts and Sciences, Bioparc and Albufera.

Its superb location, close to shops and restaurants, can travel comfortably by different symbolic cultural monuments, such as the Central Market, La Lonja, the Cathedral etc.

Great apartment close to the centre

This is a fantastic apartment with everything available for a short stay. The owner was very

proactive and replied quickly to any questions submitted before the trip. It is located about a 10

minute walk from the city centre railway station (Nord or metro Xativa) or 5 minutes from the

Pl Espanya Metro. There is a lift that takes you to the 5th floor where the apartment is located

(no9). There are stairs but they are not to well lit and may prove difficult for someone with limited mobility. The apartment is spacious with two good sized bedrooms, both with walk in

showers. Although the kitchen is well very equipped there are no saucepans or frying pans provided. This was the only negative as we had planned to take advantage of Valencia's wonderful Central Market and cook some meals in the apartment.

We will definately book this apartment again when next making one of our regular trips to the city.

Top tip. You cannot usually gain access to the apartment until 4pm. So if you are arriving at the

airport much earlier, the best option is to take the Metro from the Airport (11 Euros return) to

Xativa Metro then leave your luggage in the Nord railway station lockers until it is time to head for the apartment. A large locker which will hold 2 large suitcases is 5 euros per day.

Nord station is located next to Xativa Metro so it's no distance to lug your cases far.

left luggage is located on the right hand side of the platforms. There are also pay to enter loos

next to the left luggage department which cost 60 cents to enter. these are very clean.

A mobile phone with internet access / street maps plus the Homeaway app should make the

apartment easy to find.

If you are going direct to Pl Espnya Metro from the airport you will need to change at Angel Guimera Metro.

Lovely spacious modern flat not far from the old city.

We enjoyed spending two months in the flat and the owner was very helpful, especially when the weather got very cold in February! Attractive modern decor, comfy beds,a very well-equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting and eating areas. The only downside was the busy road outside where parking was difficult for loading and unloading. Otherwise it was easy to walk or cycle into town or use the buses. We slept in the back bedroom where it was relatively quiet even during Fallas.

Great location Big Apartment

We were very happy with the location and the size of the apartment. Luz, our hostess, was very nice and very responsive to our request. Lots of great little shops in the area; the Metro and the center of Valencia's old city were a short walk away. Thanks to our host.

Clean homely apartment

We were met by the hosts family members who were extremely helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. The apartment was an excellent size for a family of 4. Very clean, great showers, comfy beds and excellent wifi. I would have like a couple of mugs in there for a cup of tea (being British!) and a couple of wine glasses as we came back after dinner and had a couple of drinks each night. A good 15 minute walk into anything central.

Ottima posizione e molto spazioso

Ho trovato l'appartamento molto comodo. Per 4 persone e davvero spazioso.

In vicinanza c'è metro e bus, supermercati e negozi e ristoranti di vario genere.

Unica pecca la camera che da sulla strada e un Po rumorosa.
