Spacious 3 Rooms ,Flat facing South near Balgrist Hospital & Hirslanden Clinic

The Space: The accommodation is on ground floor in a family villa from 1930; has own entrance independently from the villa's main entrance and private bathroom/ lavatories.

The city of Zollikon is 5 km away from Zürich Inner City /Old Town and borders Zürich elegant ( District 8) Seefeld-Riesbach on the Lake-Zürich shore; a great choice for travellers interested in restaurants, culture and museums.

The accomodation is located in a residential area, only 500 meters away from Balgrist Hospital, Hirslanden Private Clinic, Schulthess Clinic and Epilepsie Clinic-Lengg.

A quiet neighbourhood, near public parks and wood , ideal for hiking and jogging. 10 minutes walking distance to Zurich lake. There are several retaurants in a range of 300 meters away from the property.

Guest Access:

Our guests have access to a three-room 66 sqm apartment with a 40sqm terrace, fitted with a living-room, a dining room, a bedroom and a shower-room. Guests have also access to a laundery -room.

The apartment is furnished with a large double-bed sofa in the living-room , a queen-size bed in the bedroom. There is an office- kitchenette in the dining -room equipped with a fridge, a combined microwave and oven, toaster and coffee machines and other kitchen tools. There is no stovetop but an induction- cooktop for light cooking.

The apartment is fully covered with both highspeed wireless and wired internet connection.

A business corner equipped with a computer, a wireless printer-scanner-copy machine as well as various office items is at the disposal of our guests free of charge.

Other things to note:

One parking space is available before the house free of charge . Additional public parking spaces are available at Fr. 6/day or Fr.20/ month.

The accomodation is serviced (cleaned) every other day by a room-maid free of charge.

Additionnal services such as laundry and/or ironing are available upon request and at additionnal cost.

Getting around: well deserved by public transports and directly connected to Zürich inner-city and main railroad station with the tramways nr. 11 , 4, 2 and the train "Forch Bahn" 15, Trains S6 & S16 and Buses 910/912 (to the Opera House)

I very much enjoyed my time staying in this wonderful garden apartment. Having direct access to the garden via my own terrace was great, and it was really nice being able to sit outside in the sunshine using the chairs outside. Laurie the owner was very kind and thoughtful and always very helpful. She was also always very fast to respond, firstly to my inquiry about the availability of the property and then about any questions I had during my stay, such as which was the best way to get into town. I highly recommend staying here and will check the availability of her place first the next time I need somewhere to stay in Zurich. P.S. The wireless internet is really fast and stable too, just like she said it was, which was great as that is one thing that is always important for me for online video meetings etc.
