Remodeled Beautiful 2+Loft Snowcreek 236 Solitude Light End Unit Panoramic Views

Come enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer in our nicely appointed and recently remodeled 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath condo in Snowcreek II. New flooring, new bathrooms including showers, vanities, and flooring. Our condo is a rare end, south-facing unit with lots of windows so condo is light and bright with stunning views of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwins. We love to just sit on the balcony with our morning coffee and take it all in. Our condo sleeps up to 8 people with queens beds in the master and guest bedrooms, a full and two twin beds in the loft and a new Crate & Barrel sectional couch in the living room. We also provide a fold out twin mattress for slumber parties in the loft.

Our condo is an end unit townhome with outdoor entrance, surrounded by lots of open space. Remote code access so contactless check-in. Our condo has an office nook with a printer and secure wifi if you are working from home.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 3 STORY PROPERTY WITH MASTER AND GUEST, AND BOTH BATHROOMS, ON LOWER LEVEL; MID-LEVEL IS LIVING AREA/DINING/KITCHEN; UPPER FLOOR IS LOFT. Access is by stairs.

Our condo is perfect for families, with everything you need to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, bbq on the balcony with 2 chairs and a table, washer & dryer in the unit, secure wifi, Smart flat screen TV with sound bar in living area as well as in master and guest bedrooms. This condo is within the park-like setting of Snowcreek II just steps from the beautiful Snowcreek meadow and Mammoth Creek with its ponds, streams and fishing, and is also just steps from the spa and sauna. In summertime, the grounds blossom with flowers and grass. We are located walking distance to Snowcreek golf course and the driving range as well as the Athletic Club. Snowcreek is perfect for taking long walks through the meadow and biking in the surrounding area, including the nearby trails through the forest. In winter, we are walking distance to the red line shuttle and there’s plenty of area for kids to play in the snow while you sit and relax on the porch or balcony.

Unforgettable Family Retreat: Nancy's Place - A Perfect Getaway with Breathtaking Views
Nancy's place was perfect for our little family. We had such a great time! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds were more than beautiful with spectacular views of the mountains, which the pictures don't do justice. Our kids didn't want to leave. We can't wait wait to visit and stay at Nancy's place again.

Perfectly Cozy
Our family visited Mammoth for the first time and we stayed for a week at Nancy's place. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us including grandparents and 3 children. Having 3 levels, this townhouse allowed us to gather in the living room and eat our meals together while allowing everyone to scatter when they needed their own space. We saw deer passing through the community from the balcony one evening. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and pans you need. The dishwasher is quick and efficient. They have a K-Cup coffee maker that allows you to make a single cup or a whole pot which was handy. The kids loved the velvety soft fleece throws and the area rug! Bathrooms are updated and the water gets nice and warm quickly. Lots of closet/dresser space to store clothes and luggage. Location is perfect. Very close to the restaurants and grocery store in town. Can get up the mountain in less than 15 minutes - just make a left from the community and go straight up the road! Would definitely want to stay here again.

Great location. Great host. Only concern is Master Bed, felt like it was a double with the tendency to roll to the middle of the bed. Bathrooms all on the bottom floor. Outside of that, great place.

Why they chose this property

We love the open space that only Snowcreek offers, especially the first 3 phases, where there is plenty of open space and the adjacent ponds, meadow, creek and trails. We were lucky to find a rare end unit, that faces south as well, so the condo feel spacious and bright, unlike most other Snowcreek condo's. And you just can't get a better view of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwins! We love to sit on the balcony with coffee or cocktails and just enjoy the views and serenity.
