* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Dune Mist does not have an elevator.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 128th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Family Beach Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family beach getaway. Location was superb, feet from the beach. The house is a bit dated but everything was clean and the management company was excellent. We had a question and they were easily reachable!

Cute little place

Decent little place to stay. Liked the proximity to the beach and how close all the shops and restaurants were. The beds were comfortable but the air conditioners were extremely loud.

MADE IT WORK

PRO: This unit was the perfect size and location. The owner Diane was pleasant to speak with. CONS: The unit definitely needs to be update and a thorough cleaning and decluttering is necessary (Stuff in closets and cabinets...seems lived in). Upon entering the unit you could smell the moisture it was obvious that this was not a recent issue because the wall was warped but had dried and been painted over. On Friday the neighbor from downstairs knocked stating water was running downstairs we could not locate any leaks in bathroom. After being ok from owner plumber came in and determined there was moisture in the wall. Dianne the owner was nice and agreed to refund our stay. When I contacted David the property manager he was quite rude and insensitive..statingI may not be entitledto a full refund to it being beyond the 10 am check out..he later state he did realize the issue was "that serious". My interpretation...I thought you we lying and was just trying to get money back. Our entire side of condos were evacuated...THINK A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER WOULD HELP!!!
