Very nice apartment T3 renovated, Air-conditioned, with large terrace of 19 m², with a view of the sea and the port.

Ideally located on Port Fréjus Est (at the start of the marina), 100 m from the beach.
On the 4th floor out of 5, of a luxury building with elevator. Close to all amenities, located in the pedestrian zone.

Schöne Fereinwohnung mit Achtung sehr kleiner Tiefgarage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral im Hafen von Frejus. Sie hat morgens Sonne und einen großen Balkon der allerdings nur übers Eck zum Meer hin ausgerichtet ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut angestattet mit gut funktionierender Spülmaschine, Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und großem Kühlschrank mit leider nur sehr kleinem Gefrierfach. Die Bettwäsche kostet extra ebenso wie die Endreinigung. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön mit Waschmaschine und separatem Klo. Die Betten sind leider etwas kurz mit 1,60 x 1,90m und 1,40 x 1,90m. Einziges großes Manko ist der sehr beengte Tiefgaragenstellplatz in einer extra Garage mit Garagentor. Unser Seat Leon Kombi hat nur extrem knapp hinein gepasst und das Ein- und Ausparken hat mit eingeklappten Rückspiegeln jedesmal großen Stress bedeutet - für größere Autos sicher ungeeignet. Allerdings gibt es umliegend in etwas Entfernung auch kostenfreie Parkplätze. Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen und wir würden sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Super appartement au bord du port et à deux pas de la mer

Super appartement spacieux terrasse grande et agréable. La salle de vie est plus grande que ce que l'on voit sur les photos. Tout pour passer une bonne semaine. Le parking un peu étroit mais une place à cet endroit c'est déjà très bien. Merci

Bel appartement au quatrième étage avec ascenseur et climatisation

300m de la plage, vu sur le port et ses restaurants. Garage un peu juste limite pour une routière style 308 et C4 ça passe mais plus grand ça passe pas. Super séjour.
