Nathalie has a CAP diploma in cuisine, specializing in Pastry, Stéphane is a food engineer, and followed a Paul Bocuse special training in Lyon. They can welcome you for dinner, at The “Table d’Hôtes” de La Cimentelle. If you wish, Let Nathalie and Stéphane serve you an excellent meal, bringing pleasure to your taste buds! Do a pre-reservation, normally every day of the week excluding Wednesday. The dinner is served at 7h30 pm all together with the others Guests. Everything is included in the price of the Table d’Hôtes: Aperitif, Starter, main course, Cheeses plateau, desserts, sweets, wine, and coffee. For your children we can propose you a dinner at 7 pm.
La Cimentelle is an historic house where the French Portland cement was born dating from the industrial revolution of the 19th Century.
For all your favorite excursions in Burgundy, the B&B of La Cimentelle is centrally located and will be a central stop in your French trip between North and South.
La Cimentelle is located in the central Burgundy closed to the main historic spots: Fontenay Abbey, Beaune, or Dijon. You’ll be in the quite countryside ready for wine testing in Chablis.
