This 3 BR/2BA house has hardwood floors throughout, 50 inch TV in each bedroom plus netflix in the entertainment room with another large TV. The home is situated on one of Augusta's prettiest lots. You will love walking this neighborhood to see Augusta's finest homes in full bloom.

Why they chose this property

This property is available for all of Masters week for 5000.00. The house is a real gem. Please call me direct (at 510-501-0875) and I can provide better photos, The yard is a perfect double lot with outside barbecue and fenced yard--absolutely perfect for entertaining. You will have the local paper and NY Times delivered each morning. The house is wi-fi loaded with Netflix and has large flat paneled TV's in every room. Great laundry are available for your use.

My wife and I bought this house last summer. We hope to find the perfect tenant that will return each year. Guaranteed that this will be one of the greatest Masters values in town.
