On first appearance this was a lovely caravan but unfortunately there were issues with the caravan that cannot be ignored. The caravan is situated next to a beck/sewage running alongside the caravan, and for the whole time we were there the stench was terrible, we didn't want to open the windows because this was so bad. Having three children money was tight so we took along our own food to cook, but after two hours warming up pie and chips in the oven where still only luke warm so we didn't dare eat the meal, it went in the bin and we had to go out to eat. The oven was 'repaired' after 2 days but it still took one and a half hours to cook chicken fillets. The last straw was when my grandson was sitting at the dining table and the leg of his chair went through the floor of the caravan showing daylight through the hole, on further inspection under the caravan it became clear that this had already happened before because a repair had been attempted, Thankfully my grandson wasn't injured but this could have been so much worse had it been myself sitting on that chair. The kitchen area had obviously had a bad leak from somewhere so the underneath membrane of the caravan was spongy not solid which was why my grandson went through, we were all frightened to even walk on the kitchen floor after that. The park had very few facilities, we used it as a base and went out every day because you have to pay to use the facilities on site even the club house, the little shop had virtually nothing in it and closed at 6pm so wasn't of much use when our oven wasn't working. I wouldn't go to this site again.
