80m2 South-facing Apartment Overlooking Pool And Sea, Sleeps 2-4
The 2 roomed 80m2 apartment (56m2 interior + 24m2 terrace) is situated in the luxurious 'Le Paradise' building, looking directly over the swimming pool, palm trees and the Mediterranean Sea. It is well-appointed with a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher) a guest toilet with sink, a lounge with lounge suite and fold-out sofa bed, two office spaces, an entertainment centre with 52' flat screen TV and surround sound equipment, a bedroom with a 2nd flat screen TV, a queen-sized bed, and an en suite bathroom complete with bathtub and separate shower. There is a high-speed WIFI Internet connection that is free of charge for limitless usage.
The apartment's best feature is undoubtedly the generously sized covered terrace with gorgeous views, complete with exterior bar, fridge, dining and seating facilities, including a fold-out sofa for those balmy summer nights. The south-facing nature of the apartment acts as a sun trap, and means that even throughout the winter, the terrace is habitable. The unobstructed view means that neighbouring buildings cannot look into the apartment, keeping privacy at an optimum. Occupants of the building have free access to the private pool out front.
Monaco is renowned for its security and the lowest crime rate in the world, allowing one to freely walk or travel with the bus anywhere in the Principality with total peace of mind. Most apartments that advertise with 'Monaco' in the title are only 'near' Monaco and not within the Principality itself, which makes a huge difference. The 'Le Paradise' building itself is in a pedestrian zone.
The residents with cars, park underneath the building accessed from next to the Columbus Hotel on Ave des Papalins.
The Hotel Columbus is close by (50 meters away) yet our apartment is over twice as spacious as a hotel suite, better equipped, and costs a fraction of the price, yet you can still benefit from the facilities like having breakfast (if you don’t feel like making it yourself) or beauty salon or spa treatments and massages (at very competitive rates vis-à-vis the rest of Monaco). The vicinity of the hotel also makes access to taxis very easy and convenient. A bus stop, which is part of the efficient Monaco public transport system is also within 50 meters of the hotel. Fontvieille is also home to the sports stadium, the circus, and a zoo, all within easy walking distance, but not so close that they can be heard from the apartment. A large branch of the supermarket chain Carrefour is also a short walking distance away. Outside the front door is a promenade along the sea front and harbor, with views over the yachts and the prince's palace and cathedral perched up on the cliffs. If one wants to lounge on the beach, snorkel or visit a beachside restaurant, Cap d'Ail beach is a mere 500 meters walk away.
Close to the apartment there are numerous bars and restaurants with plenty of nightlife choice all within short walking distance.

Wonderful place to rest your feet after wandering Monaco!!
Lovely! Such a perfect place to come back to each day! We loved being able to sit and watch the yachts go by and the helicopters come and go. Yes, they are noisy, but fun to watch all the same!!!!!!!! Thank you! We will be back!!!!! Cheers!
Well equipped cosy place in a perfect location
Traveling from Nice to the apartment is perfect by bus. Met with Joyce to get the key and found a very cosy, clean place with a nice bed and a big terrace overviewing the nice pool and the sea! Amazing view! There is a lot to do and see in the area. I will be back for sure!
Great Location, comfortable and well equipped
We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is not large but well organized, Anthony good to deal with and everything worked well. It's a great area to be based in, close to everything but also calm. Lots of local bars, restaurants, shops etc and the view is wonderful. You can see the sea from both bedroom and living room while you are sitting down. Pool very conveniently located in front of apartment. Apart from occasional helicopter arrivals and departures there is no other traffic around, and somehow the helicopters are not disturbing, also because they only run during restricted daylight hours.
We would both recommend and plan to return ourselves.

Great apartment for a holiday in Monaco
We stayed in the apartment with 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids. The apartment is perfectly located in Fontvieille, with a beautiful huge balcony which has a great view of the sea. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance but still quiet in the evenings. Yes, there is a helipad nearby and you will hear them on the balcony, much less so in the apartment. But it didn't bother us at all, part of the Monaco charm, and anyway, in the evenings and early mornings they don't fly. The apartment is fully equipped and clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful and gave us an incredible amount of information on the apartment, parking spot, building, pool, the surroundings, places to eat and much more before we even arrived. On arrival he showed us everything we needed and we immediately felt at home. We can only recommend to stay here and would love to return again soon.
Most properties for rent with 'Monaco' in their advert heading are only in fact 'near' Monaco, but this apartment is one of the rare apartments advertised that is actually within the principality itself with all attractions very easily accessible.
'Le Paradise' has a panoramic south-facing view of the sea, with its own private swimming pool, and is a short walk from many bars, cafes and restaurants around the pretty harbour of Fontvieille. Access from Nice airport to within 2 minutes of the apartment is best by helicopter (7mins flight) and is actually cheaper than a taxi for one person!

Use of the swimming pool (approx. mid-April through mid-November weather dependant) is free of charge. The minimum stay requirements may be waived if it is a last minute booking (from 2 weeks in advance or later) and/or if the booking would fill a gap shorter than the minimum stay in between two existing bookings.
