This luxury holiday villa with sea views really does have everything you need for the perfect family holiday. The villa has a private pool and is also located within a high quality urbanisation right next to the beach. The urbanization provides lovely walkways with a great adult and children's pool next to a bar and restaurant. Further to this, you are right next to the best beaches in Marbella where there are water sports and rock-free sea entry. The famous Nikki beach club is also located here together with the Marriott Marbella Beach Club. There are restaurants, bars etc all on your doorstep. The airport is 30 minutes away. This villa truly is the perfect place for a large family group to take a great holiday on the Costa del Sol..... What more could you want ?

This colonial style beach house is perfect for families and large groups of up to ten people. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge is comfortable and has the full Sky TV package enabled for all the movies and sports channels. There is also a high speed Internet access point with wifi and also a safe. The indoor dining area provides dining for eight people. There is a further lounge off the hallway with a further Sky TV system again with the full package enabled. Upstairs on the first floor there are three bedrooms including the master bedroom which has its own outside terrace with spectacular sea views. Upstairs to the top level, there is a further twin room with a nice bathroom. Passing through this room you will get to a double bedroom area. Note that there is no actual door that cuts off the double bedroom area from the twin bedroom area. This would be a good place for children who like to be close to the parents. You have spectacular seaviews from here as well. Going outside from the lounge you pass out onto a terraced area next to the pool. Here there is a dining area for up to 10 people plus a relaxing comfortable seating area for up to eight people. There is also a gas barbeque. To the side of the house is the main garden which is mainly grass and some Mediterranean plants. Outside the front of the villa is parking for two cars.

Opposite Nikki Beach near Don Carlos Hotel Elviria. The villa is located about 100 metres from the beach in Elviria – one of the most sought after locations on the Costa del Sol. In Elviria you will find some of the better beaches with many expensive villas and properties. There are numerous restaurants, bars and hotels in the area. The famous five star Don Carlos hotel is a few minutes walk away. Opposite the entrance to the urbanisation where the villa is located you will find the Nikki Beach club which is well known as a trendy beach club which hosts many parties, offers luxury sunbeds plus a great restaurant. Within the urbanisation itself, you will find well maintained gardens with paths that lead around the complex. You will discover beautiful ponds with lovely planting around them plus various swimming pools. The main pool also offers a bar / restaurant and also a communal jacuzzi. There is 24 hour security and parking for two cars directly outside the villa. The villa is about a 30 minute drive to Malaga airport or to the centre of Puerto Banus. Altogether we thoroughly recommend this property as a great holiday destination for a family holiday.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
