A perfect place for a stay in London

This apartment was a perfect place to stay for my 10 days in London. i really settled in and made myself at home. Everything I needed was close by. A wonderful market a few blocks away, lots of resturants and shops and near two underground stations. I even found a yoga studio few blocks away.

The apartment is nicely appointed with mostly comfortable furniture. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. There was a well- equipped kitchen although the cook top did not work so that was a problem. There are a lot of steps to the third floor which was not a bother for me but would be for someone who has trouble getting up and down stairs.

The location was great. it is a fifteen minute walk to Kennsington Park and Palace. Also walking distance to Knightsbridge and its shopping areas. Probably too near!

I will certainly stay here on my next trip to London. Can't imagine staying in a hotel or in any other area of London. I was by myself but felt very safe walking around the area in the evening.

Wonderful place to stay in London

Always a great stay here (have stayed here several times). Perfect location in South Kensington. Very cozy, and everything one would need for a few days or a couple of weeks. Beats the nearby boutique hotel I once stayed in by miles! Wonderful kitchen and bathroom, and great bedroom with generous closet space. Tons of light! I can't recommend this flat enough.

Wonderful location!!!!

Opening the door to this bright , airy apartment was delightful, after a long day of travel. We immediately felt like we were "home". Comfortably furnished, it provided us with a respite after long days of sightseeing. We cooked in the small but totally efficient kitchen which was supplied with everything one needs and slept soundly in the comfortable bed and quiet location. Close to the underground, which we used often, and within walking distance to Kensington Park, this apartment is IDEAL for sightseeing forays!!! We hated to leave!!! Working with the property manager, Melissa, was a total delight..she made sure everything was in order and that our stay was comfortable. A TERRIFIC bonus, for sure!!!

Perfect apartment in heart of London!

We are a couple over sixty and are very satisfied with our choice of this lovely apartment in the heart of London for our trip. Even the stairs couldn't disturb it. The place is nice, clean, well located and the contact with Clarissa was wonderful. The property is perfect for two people who want to enjoy of London's sightseeings.

We will truly recommend it to all our friends!

Great flat and location

This Kensington location flat was a wonderful place to stay - close to two tube stops, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was nicely appointed with everything you could want in a flat. There are a few things to be aware of, however: there is no a/c and no cross ventilation, but I asked for a fan and one was produced right away. Also, be prepared to walk up 62 stairs each time you return to the flat! But all in all, I would highly recommend the unit and would definitely return there myself.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the Gloucester road tube station. Lovely and clean. The property was described well, so there was nothing unexpected.Close to supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and museums.Welcomed by Elliot. We were given good information about the property and nearby facilities. It was great to have a 'home' for a week, as we had been travelling for the 3 weeks prior,staying in hotels. Great to have a washing machine! I would definitely stay again, and will recommend it to family and friends. Thanks.

South Kensington is a district in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and is one of the most exclusive areas in London. This prestigious area is home to many of London’s Museums with the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert (V&A) Museum all in close proximity to each other. Close by you will also find the Royal College of Music, Imperial College London and The Royal Albert Hall.

The Royal Albert Hall hosts many large music events but, also plays live jazz in the evening in the Edgar Room where you can enjoy supper or listen to music in Café Consort while enjoying tea or coffee. Chelsea’s own Royal Court Theatre can be found in Sloane Square and is Britain’s leading national company dedicated to new work by innovative writers from the UK and around the world.

South Kensington can also offer a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city with access to its green areas and parks, the beautiful Hyde Park, Green Park and Buckingham Palace Gardens are all in the vicinity and Battersea Park is just the other side of the river with boating, café and beautiful walks.
