Fully furnished one bedroom apartment, nicely decorated Ikea style, sleeps 4, TV, air con, washing machine, hairdryer. The apartment has it's own entrance which is private and is located in a very quiet area. Close to local amenities reachable by trains or 30 mn walk.

Swimming pool open during summer season, from 15th June to 15th September.

PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is NOT near La Carihuela, there is a 10 minute drive or 35 minutes walk to reach said area.

If you are a Golfer, the closest Golf Course is located at 5 min. drive, the 'Parador de Málaga Golf' offers the following facilities:

My husband and I thought this property was perfect for many reasons, you don´t need a car to stay here, we live very close so if our customers need anything we are available in 5 minutes, moreover this is the best part of Torremolinos, ample avenues, nice bars, restaurant and a great beach.

What makes this apartment unique

What really impressed me the first time I saw the flat was all the natural light coming through the window, one can not be depressed or unhappy while staying there, there aren´t cars passing by, so if you travel with children they can play outside, we have recently add an awning the outside terrace though communal is a very quite space where you can sit in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine.

Agradable estancia de 7 noches en este simpático y agradable apartamento en La Colina, Torremolinos. Completamente equipado, muy limpio y muy cerca a la playa y de los múltiples chiringuitos a lo largo de la playa. Perfectamente comunicado con Cercanías Renfe y Buses para facilitar las visitas a la Ciudad de Málaga y otros lugares de interés de la costa. Se agradece el amable recibimiento por parte de los dueños.

A well equipped apartment, which included a large TV, iron, microwave etc.

There is also a communal pool.

This accommodation had a very large bed in one bedroom which was fine for our stay, though in the lounge was a sofa settee that would have provided sleeping for two more.

There is no extra charge for linen and even the toilet paper was included.

To the front of the property there is a really large terrace area which was really good for us for an outside space, we could sit and have a glass of wine and relax.

If you have never visited Torremolinos before I would recommend this apartment for its location and ease to local attractions and areas as, Benalmadena, La Carihvela and Malaga.

The host Lilly was really great as she showed an interest in us and our stay, she was a mind of information which we found then most valuable when you yourself have little knowledge or done much research to the area before you arrive.

We were really impressed and cannot wait to come back again, which we are planning for early to late September.

Well located, quiet and extremely tidy

Eventhough we arrived at an unfriendly hour we had a warm welcome, the apartment was very clean and well located, we had long strolls by the sea promenade and took the train to visit Malaga, plenty of bars and restaurants by the sea to enjoy the evening.

Well situated but away from the crowds.

My partner and I stayed here for a week in June this year and had an enjoyable stay. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need for your stay. It is about a ten minute walk to the beach and a short, 2 minute walk to the train station at La Colina for trains to the airport and Malaga itself, which is a lovely city to visit by day or night. You can also catch the train to Fuengirola . There is a pool on the complex, which is mainly residential and therefore great if you like to meet the locals and practice your Spanish. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you wish to stay within easy reach of the resort centre but away from the crowds.

From the moment you land at Malaga Airport, you are so close to everywhere that you don´t need a car, but at the same time you do not suffer all the noises from busy seafront or city center, our maisonette is very well located, within walking distance to 'La Colina' train station or the beach.

The beautiful beach of 'Los Alamos' has plenty of chill out bars, where you can either have a drink or a meal while mingling with people from everywhere.

Families also can enjoy themselves at evening by the promenade, you will find several playground for children right on the beach and also a mini golf.
