2 bedroom apartment for 4 people in the birthplace of Picasso (R 2011)

We offer a true gem that we lovingly decorated incorporating all details for you to feel comfortable in a unique atmosphere. Located in the historic center in the same building where born Paul R. Picasso, allow you to discover the city and the beach on foot.

In its 90 square meters has a light and airy living room with 2 balconies overlooking the square, 2 separate bedrooms, one with a bed of 1. 60 and the other with 2 single beds (also configurable as a double), 2 modern bathrooms and equipped, and a spacious fully equipped kitchen.

A few meters you will find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and even a market. If you come by car there is a municipal parking about 50m.

The apartment is suitable for four people. For groups contact the owner because it has other apartments in the same building. We have cot and highchair for babies.

The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location from which to sample the culture of Malaga.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It has a large sitting room overlooking the Plaza and a very well equipped kitchen.the master bedroom is very comfortable .

However, I would think again about this apartment during the period of the Semana Santa.

One of the bedrooms is directly above a row of bars which are busy at night.There is also a steady stream of street musicians ( variable quality)

The level of noise from the Plaza might be a concern for people who like to sleep in silence.

Nevertheless , the apartment is minutes away from everything required for a short stay combining some self catering with enjoying the bars, restaurants and other sights of Malaga.

A perfect apartment !

We had a fantastic 4 night stay here. The location could not be more perfect. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need, and has a folder with information and recommendations. We were met at the accommodation by a cheerful young man, who showed us around and made sure everything was fine for us. The apartment overlooks Plaza Merced, with an amazing view of the cathedral, there are cafes under the apartment, but I never heard noise at night. In the afternoon the sun streams into the apartment, and with the doors open you are treated to the sound of music......saxophone player, guitar , singing. The old town is a few minutes walk away, with all their tapas bars, and lots of places to explore. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment!

First Trip to Spain

The Apartment is located in a wonderful spot! Easy access to all the cool locations in the area and a nice/easy 20 min walk to the bus/train station. The front bedroom is a bit noisy because of the restaurants below; however, the back bedroom is so dark and quiet you may need to set an alarm so you'll no its time to get up. The living and kitchen area is large and very up to date. Check in was very easy, and Sander helpful and had an answer to all our questions. If we visit this area again we would certainly rebook this apartment.

Fantastic appartment, dream location to explore the old town of Malaga. Appartment refurbished but maintained the character of the building. Essential items all in location, home from home appartment. Met by a lovely lady who gave us local information on what to see and where to visit. Will be planning a return trip.

A GEM in the heart of Malaga "Centro Historico"

Very bright and spacious and well located. Walking distance to every restaurant ,museum etc...David and I spent a month , it felt like home : well equipped ,modern, clean ,great bed ,wifi, English TV .We would not hesitate to return. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you Marta. Fantastic place! Highly recommended,

Malaga

Malaga, the capital of the Costa del Sol on the Mediterranean coast, is 53 km east of Nerja and 58 km west of Marbella. The third largest airport in Spain is just 8 km from the city center.
