About this property

This charming waterfront home is located a short distance from Southampton and Westhampton village and all of the shopping and amenities the towns offers. The house was built in the 1920s but has just been completely renovated. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, from here you have access to the formal dining room and main living spaces. There is a pool, gazebo and small sandy area and brand new dock to launch kayaks, paddle boards, boats or to just enjoy the gorgeous view.

Owner may need access to the dock for their boat periodically due to weather.

Felt like home.

We spent 15 glorious nights here. The house has an old school charm that made it feel like an annual visit to a family members house. More than enough space for any size family. The pool was beautiful and we spent hours fishing off our own private dock. Having a pool house was such a treat and made staying by the pool all day a dream. The upstairs bedrooms are cool and very comfortable, the master gets hot and there are no window treatments so it gets bright at 6:00am. We wish we stayed longer.

A beautiful place

Did not meet Expectations

Several aspects to the house were very nice. Great location on a beautiful property. Pool great and main floor of house spacious and comfortable. The bathroom situation was misleading since there is only 2 and 1/2 baths in the house with the 3rd bathroom in the pool house- which isn't air conditioned and really functional. There is only 1 bath on the main floor which is in the master bedroom and the half bath is between 2 upstairs bedrooms. The full bath services the 4 bedrooms on the second floor. There was mildew in the master bath shower. The kitchen was dated but functional. The house did meet our needs for 6 adults and 3 children but did not meet our expectations.

Waterfront Location in Need of Upkeep

If you need a waterfront location with a good sized yard with a pool and do. It have concern for the upkeep of the house, it might be fine, but the house really needs attention- kitchen sink doesn’t drain, AC works but thermostat was wonky, and in general has not been given time or attention.
