Lovely little house, south west facing with lots of light, in the provençal village of Cotignac, offer you a panoramic view over the village and its famous cliff of “tuff”.

Called La Belle Etoile, its interior has been completely renovated with traditional materials, local and tastefully furnished and decorated.

Settle in the heart of Provence Cotignac is a village with many advantages :

- there are many shops, several markets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and good doctors in the village ;

- it is in a beautiful setting, nestling under an imposing rock with troglodyte caves and with lots of opportunities for countryside walks and cycling routes, horse riding, tennis club ;

- it’s a culturally busy place with festivities and events around theatre, film and music during most of the year ;

- a beautiful place to discover local cuisine and the many delicacies: vineyards, truffles,artisan cheeses, olives and much more ;

- many different gastronomic outings, as well as cooking courses can be arranged ;

- many artists and sculptors have made Cotignac their home and some offer classes in their art forms.

Half way between the Gorges du Verdon and St Tropez, the wider region offers many tourist attractions :

- a rich cultural heritage with some important pilgrim destinations like Notre dame de Graces and the St Baume, as well as the ancient Abbey of the Thoronet and museums, such as the Ceramics Museum in Salernes.

-many sporting activities are possible: Kayaking on the Argens, Climbing in the Vallon Sourn, pedal boating, sailing and surfing on the Lac de St Croix.

- The equipped open kitchen (fridge-Frizzer, owen and hot-plate, complete breakfast facilities …) and dining room overlooking the garden facing south west. 2 Large windows offer panoramic views over the village, the hill of Notre-Dame de Grâces, the provençal tiled roofs of the village and the Tuff cliffs, with its prominent towers overlooking Cotignac. A door offers you the access to the terrace and the garden, where sun beds, table and chairs are waiting for you to taste a nice glass of rosé wine.

- Separate toilet with sink are on the ground floor.

2nd floor : The same exceptional view, south west exposure

- Parents' Bedroom : double bed (2 x 90 x 200),

- Friends' Bedroom : 2 single beds 90 x 200, or 1 double bed (on request),

- The large bathroom, with the shower, two sinks, toilet and the washing machine

Private parking place just in front of the house, north part.

Large windows offer panoramic views over the village, the hill of Notre-Dame de Grâces, the provençal tiled roofs of the village and the Tuff cliffs, with its prominent towers overlooking Cotignac.
