Beautiful luxury 4 storey villa of 4198 ft (390 m2) , gated secure, electric gate, garden terraces around the and balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, well fenced plot. Sun all day, with shade, sun shades, sun loungers, outdoor dining opens to indoor dining. Romantic evenings beside your own pool. Well designed, luxury interior space of 390 m2 (4198 ft) with modern kitchen, 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with either bath or power shower rooms. A delightful house built on a hill, not overlooked, last house in the road, no passing traffic, no road noise, just peace and the sound of birds. Amazing sea views from nearly all windows. Lots of privacy, nude sun bathing possible. The master bedroom is on the top floor with en suite luxury bathroom and walk-in closet and an other bedroom There are 3 bedrooms with wonderful bathroom on the 3rd floor. There is plenty of room for 10 adult friends, family groups, plus toddlers in cots. Big garage with drive way and games room on the ground floor. Elevator.

The best from the heartbeat of Coveta Fuma

Thank you for a lovely stay - again! Our family of four have been visiting the Coveta Fuma area for three years now and we have been very happy about our treatment and the way we have been met by serviceminded and very helpful people. We just love the area and the house is situated in the very heart of Coveta Fuma, very nearby restaurants, communication by train, the beach and a very nice grocery store with fresh baked bread every morning. Even if the house is located very central, you really have your privacy with a nice pool and a great outside area. The area itself is very quiet and perfect for a nice holiday with friends and family.

perfect getaway

We really loved this place! There were 5 couples and a single guy spending holiday between friends. The owner was very helpful and she also was able to organize an evening with a chef for us at the villa. The location was quiet and lovely and still it had some restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. A tramstop is just about 500 meters away from the villa, so you don't need to rent a car if you want to go to Alicante or Benidorm. The view from the villa was breathtaking and there were 2 small beaches nearby. Have to come back someday!!

"het paradijs op aarde"

Wij, oma en opa, waren samen met onze 2 dochters én hun mannen én onze 4 kleinkinderen in El Campello (Coveta Fuma) op vakantie. Wij hebben met ons gezin een week genoten van deze fantastische plek op aarde, in een super mooi huis met grandioos uitzicht op zee, iets waar we dankbaar voor zijn. In El Campello was (in de week dat wij er waren) tevens het feest van "los Moros y los Cristianos". Een groots historisch spektakel met processie en muziek. Geweldig. We hadden overigens écht nog zomerse temperaturen en konden tot 's avonds laat vertoeven op het terras bij het huis. Het huis is perfekt voor grote gezinnen, ruimte en privacy genoeg voor iedereen. Ook de direkte omgeving is de moeite waard om te bekijken, Coveta Fuma zélf heeft enkele restaurantjes en cafeetjes, is

kleinschalig, maar gezellig. Andere mooie plaatsen zoals o.a. Alicante bezochten wij met de trein, (het trein-station is vlakbij en de trein-kaartjes koop je in de trein (automaat). Ideaal, want parkeren in zo'n stad is moeilijker. De luchthaven bereik je binnen een half uur, dat is dus ook oké.

Niemand weet wat de toekomst brengt, maar als wij gezond blijven, en de gelegenheid doet zich voor (om weer met z'n allen te kunnen gaan) én het geld is er om de vakantie te bekostigen, dán is nóg een keer op vakantie gaan op

deze plek een wens die hoog op het verlanglijstje staat.!

There is a local tram station at 4 minutes walking. This service was completely modernised in 2008, with new electric trains fully air conditioned with a fast and efficient service to El Campello and Alicante city to the south or Benidorm, Javea, Dénia and the other Costa Blanca towns in the north. During the summer time there is a 24 hour service. Benidorm is a short drive away and offers excellent shopping and night-life plus the new Terra Mitica, Disney style theme park. The spectacular Theme Park 'Terra Mitica' & Terra Natura, plus the water Parks Aqualandia & Mundomar are also just a short trip away by car or train(20 min).

El Campello is at 5 km and offers a great range of good restaurants, bars, shops and a wonderful sand beaches and a boulevard
