Two bedroom ground floor apartment

The apartment is a ground floor two bedroom apartment is a modern complex of La Mirada, it has open plan living and dining area. Settee is also a sofa bed if needed,dining table seats 4 comfortably, also has sky free sat TV. Kitchen comprises of fridge/freezer, hob/oven, microwave and all other cooking utensils anyone would need for their holiday. The galleria area is fitted with washing machine and storage for towels and sun loungers.. The lounge leads onto a balcony with table and 4 chairs which has been newly refurbished. There is also a relaxing seating area, the adjustable enclosure means that in warm weather the windows can be rolled back to open the balcony fully however in cooler weather or at night the balcony can still be enjoyed with protection from the breeze. Master bedroom comprises double bed, two lockers and fitted wardrobes, second bedroom has twin beds, locker and fitted wardrobes, bathroom fully fitted with over bath shower. The apartment is fitted with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living area,also upright fans which can be used if and when needed. Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. Only 5 minutes walk away you will find supermarkets, bars and go-karts and 10 minutes away Flamenca beach complex hosting many bars.

This apartment block is built all on flat ground which is very suitable for elderly or wheelchairs and has ramps for access to apartments. Many supermarkets, bars and restaurants and beautiful beaches are all within walking distance, taxis are easily accessible should you wish to visit nearby Caba Roig or Torreivija where you will find street markets. There is a Saturday morning market 10 minutes away from apartments.

We have patio table and 6 chairs on balcony, sun beds kept in galleria area can be used at pool. Towels and bed linen are supplied but please use your own towels for beach.

La Mirada is a lovely holiday apartment with everything you need at your finger tips. The key holder is on site to help out with any queries. The property is situated in a prime central location and within easy access to bars, shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches on the Orihuela Costa. Thanks to Margaret, Bazz and his lovely wife for a very enjoyable stay.

Very clean modern apartment

We had brilliant time at this apartment, lots within walking distance and lots of places to see just 10/15 minutes by car or taxi. Access very good and key holder very helpful

Clean and tidy, great location.

We had a great time at this property, the apartment was clean and fresh, everything you might need is there for your use, we never cook always out for meals, there are great places to eat within walking distance of property, very good prices for food, we have holidays in this area every year, we have already decided that we will book this apartment again next year, must say communication with the owner Margaret is first class, although the apartment does not overlook the pool it is very close and about 30 seconds away, we are both in our 70's and really enjoyed our holiday there, we are back home in S.Wales now cold and wet as usual, and thanks to Barry key holder for being so helpful, would recommend to family and friends. Good apartment, good location plus really friendly and helpful people.

Enough eating places, bars and supermarkets within walking distance, though a car does help to get out and do a bit of exploring.

You can't fail to have a good holiday.

Very impressed with this property!

The apartment was exactly as described, well maintained and spotlessly cleaned. The location was perfect and close to all amenities. Communication with the owner was excellent and all queries were answered promptly. I would recommend this apartment.

Super sejour familiale

Nous avons adoré orihuela le logement et la piscine est super le seul souci est dommage que l'accès a la plage est difficile à pied avec des enfants en bas âge donc obliger de prendre la voiture mais on trouvais toujours des places proche des plages, l'appartement est tres fonctionnel et agréable il manque juste la climatisation dans la grande chambre pour les nuits. Les residents tres agreable et residence très propre. Je pense y retourner et je le conseille. Merci a monsieur Bazz le keyholder et sa femme très charmante.

The apartment is on the attractive complex of La Mirada with all amenities close by. It is situated in the popular area of Playa Flamenca 8km south of Torrevieja and within 500metres of several Blue Flag beaches. The property is located near Punta Prima and close to the popular Playa Flamenca Beach Centre. Playa Flamenca is unique, in that it can cater for many different types of holiday. You can enjoy a summer of winter break: a golfing or seaside break; a historic or maritime break, or perhaps a fun holiday with your children. You can play golf in a golfer's paradise, or relax on one of the many blue flag beaches. Drive west and enjoy the pine clad hillsides, the citrus orchards, the olive and almond groves and the impressive palm trees that complete the lush landscape. Torreveja, a 10 minute drive away is a beautiful Spanish fishing town, boasting a marina, waterfront market, street entertainment, shops, numerous cafes, bistros, bars & restaurants.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked is required to confirm all bookings. Final payments required 6 weeks prior to arrival. A standard cleaning charge of €50 is payable locally. More thank 4 people staying cleaning charge will be 60 euro.

PLEASE NOTE: On the last day of holiday you will need to vacate the villa at 12 noon to facilitate the cleaning of the apartment for our next guest.
