2 bedroom detached.2 WCs.walk to beach & restaurants,quiet area with parking
I have lived in Seaton since 1970 and one of my 3 daughters also lives in the town with her family. We have been successfully running a 5* holiday cottage in Beer for the past 4 years called Crabpot Cottage through Homaway. we are all passionate about the area and enjoy the beach and local walks through Seaton Wetlands and the coastal paths to Beer and Lyme Regis I am a recently retired Environmental Health Technician with the local Council. I believe in providing a high quality property with all home comforts. This house is new to the market this summer which is reflected in the low introductory price.
Debbie purchased this Cottage in 2009

We were very impressed with the high quality of the equipment provided. All in all a very enjoyable few days.
We also enjoyed Seaton preferring it to Sidmouth!!
Lovely property in a great location
We found the property to be very welcoming ... immaculately clean and lovely and warm for our November break.
The kitchen is well equipped, with everything we needed, and a door providing access to the enclosed rear garden. We found the seating in the lounge to be very comfortable, and really appreciated the large smart tv. We only used the bedroom with the king size bed, which we found incredibly comfortable.
The property is in a quiet residential location, with a park conveniently located just up the road for walking the dog; we also found it to be well situated for exploring the area.
All-in-all, a gem of a property ... Thank you Debbie!
Thank you very much for your review, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay
Lovely accommodation. Thought it was a bit further than a 10 minute walk to beach. Good location for visiting lots of other places in Devon/ Dorset. Ideal for walking our dog.
Very nice house
Our Devonshire Venture
Nice well presented house, in a quiet location, it would have been nice to have had a small welcome pack ie, pint milk, a few tea bags/coffee. Also in the information pack, it would be helpful to have local emergency contact details eg: doctor/chemist & local places to eat such as chip shop & takeaways. We had a very pleasant weeks stay at Sunray.
Thank you very much for your review I’m glad you enjoyed your stay at Sunray. I’ll add the local G.Ps and hospitals details in the information folder, and we now have leaflets for some local takeaways.
The house is situated in a quiet street and a great location for Devon and Dorset. The house is clean and very well equipped, the added extras of dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, washing up liquid and even a hair dryer make all the difference. The boys loved the toys and garden. Communication with Debbie was excellent. This is a little gem and we will be returning in the future.
