You will feel like you are sitting on the beach in this third floor condo. It is unique because the living area has been expanded, but still has a balcony that seats 4 comfortably with nice outdoor seating. Mirrors and windows encompass the living, dining, and kitchen area optimizing the beautiful view. King size bed in master, 2 double beds in each of the guest rooms. We have enjoyed this condominium for 20 years and have never found one to be closer to the beach. We use this Condo and everything we need for an enjoyable stay is provided for you including a full size washer and dryer. Outside of the condo, Shoreline Towers offers a beach service that will set up an umbrella and 2 chairs for $30-$35 a day March through October, a heated pool, sauna, exercise room, 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard, a clubhouse with an outdoor grilling area, a private entrance with 24 hour security, and convenience to cinemas, spas, the marina, a fun water park, fabulous restaurants, and most importantly a grocery store and other shopping just right across the street accessible by a traffic signal. About Cara and Jeff Luther

We live in Mobile Alabama and are lucky enough to be only 2 hours away from this beautiful place. In 1993 we bought a condo at Shoreline Towers in building 3. We use to sit on the beach with our young children and think how nice it would be to be in building 1 and closest to the beach. In 2001 this unit in building 1 became available. From the moment we walked into this third floor condo, we were convinced that there was no greater view in Destin!

Why Cara and Jeff Luther chose Holiday Isle

For almost 25 years we have enjoyed Shoreline Towers. We have visited so often that many of our best friends as well as our children's friends are people that also own property here. We have seen new and fancier condos built over the years and have been in many of them. None of them offer the proximity to the beach with the quality structure of Shoreline Towers. This feels like a real home, not a shoe box rental.

What makes this condo unique

Because this unit is located on the third floor, when you walk in, you feel like you are walking on the beach. It is not too low where any view is obstructed, and not too high to have to look down and see the beautiful white sand. Because this is a corner unit, the balcony feels very private and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets October through March. If you are "Beach People" you will LOVE IT! And if you don't like getting sandy, you will love sitting on the couch and feeling like you are on the beach! ⛱☀️

Perfect location... Beautiful views... Great beach !

The property sits perfectly alongside the beach. The main living room and master bedroom offer an ocean/beach view that is incredible. The condo has great space, is well kept, and offers a relaxing space to unwind.
