About this property

Located right in Bosa in the historic center, near the castle of Malaspina, in a quiet, pedestrian and unique area, about 2 km from the sea, a beautiful and spacious house has been created inside an old tower on 3 floors of 240 m.

The tower house is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin) 3 bathrooms with shower, kitchen and living room. At the top of the house there are two large terraces with breathtaking views. Piazza Vecchia is a 5-minute walk away, as are all services and restaurants.

The rooms are well furnished and have very well preserved original floors and walls. The tower house was recently renovated with style, maintaining the original decorations and structures of the past.

We received only positive comments and many guests returned even after some time.

THE HOUSE-TOWER IS FULLY FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED WITH SMALL SECURITY GATES FOR CHILDREN NEAR THE STAIRS. A STROLLER, WHEELCHAIR AND CRADLE ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

ON THE TERRACE A BARBECUE IS AVAILABLE FOR CONSEQUENTLY TO BE USED.

FREE WIFI AND INTERNET IS AVAILABLE.
SMOKING IS ONLY POSSIBLE ON THE BALCONY, TERRACE AND SOLARIUM.

Wonderful stay in a typical Bosa house

We had a wonderful stay in Alessandro's lovely house. We arrived very late, yet Alessandro was always available to help us find the house. Bosa is a lovely typical Italian village, colorful and calm. The house is well furnished with an impressing terrace from where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We are already planning to come back very soon. 5 stars for Alessandro's kindness.

Meraviglioso

Selten haben wir eine Wohnung erlebt, die so liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet war und auch wirklich über alle Haushaltsgegenstände zum Kochen und sogar Waschen mit sauberen modernen Maschinen verfügte. Und dann noch die wunderbare Terrasse für traumhafte Abendstunden samt Gasgrill. Kompliment! Außerdem ist Bosa ein herrliches entschleunigtes Städtchen, das noch nicht vom Tourismus aufgefressen ist. Und das Meer und die Strände und das Hinterland genauso, wie man es sich vorstellt, Natur pur! Eine kleine Anmerkung: in der hausbeschreibung sollte auf die extrem steilen Treppen hingewiesen werden, die trittsicherheit erfordern ( für uns war das kein Problem, wir sind Bergsteiger!) und dann sollte noch auf die nun mit Videoanlage kontrollierte Fußgängerzone in der Innenstadt hingewiesen werden. Ich hoffe, wir bekommen keinen Strafzettel für den Ankunftstag, wo wir erst um 19.00uhr ankamen und eben so nah wie möglich das Gepäck ausluden.
