Beautiful villa in stunning surroundings
We stayed at Emilio’s property for a week and we couldn’t have asked for more.
Emilio is a brilliant host with very good communication and lovely little touches to make your stay perfect - from chocolate and local meats in the fridge upon arrival to an abundance of towels and beach equipment at our disposal.
Pula Golf resort is an amazing place to be located for a trip to Majorca with several beaches - including our favourites Cala Millor and Sa Coma - within 10 minutes drive and Formentor just a (stunning) hour drive up the coast. The resort itself has a lovely pool with a bar and a couple of very nice restaurants on site - all which come with a 20% discount for anyone staying in the urbanisation.
Would recommend 100% and definitely will return.
Beautiful house in a nice location
As a family of four ( two adults and two children) we had a fabulous time in this spacious well equipped house with stunning views overlooking golf course. The location is a perfect base to explore this part of Mallorca, with numerous nice beaches close by. Calla Anguilla became our favourite. Lots to do for children in the area plus having a pool nearby and lots of space around the house was a huge bonus. Will be happy to come back again

Spacious and comfortable accommodation with everything you need. A good base even for non golfers.
Visited late October into November. Grandchildren enjoyed the choice of local beaches about 15 mins drive away. Villa is as it appears on website. Excellent views over golf course to hills. Villa had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children and was very clean and well equipped. When the weather turned later in our stay we made full use of the indoor pool and spa facilities which we seemed to have to ourselves. V. Nice restaurants on site and in locality, and good cooking facilities in Villa. Emilio quickly responded to any questions we had.
Emilio met us at the gate of the residential part of the resort. Sat nav will direct you to main car park of Pula Golf Club. Ignore this and carry on and shortly after turn left to Arte. About 100 yards off main road is a left turn that leads to gates.
Thank you Emilio for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will certainly return and would recommend the villa to golfers and non golfers alike.

A comfortable and well equipped villa in a peaceful location but within easy reach of beach and shop
Overall, we had a lovely stay at Emilio's property. A slight hiccup when we arrived as did not have exact directions so it took time to work how to access the villas and find the correct house (there are two with the same number!). It was very convenient having the pool, bar, gym and nice terrace brasserie of Pula Golf within 5 mins walk. The two local towns of Arta and Son Severa had everything you need and the market in Son Severa is definitely worth a visit (think it was on Saturday). Nice eating places in the town square and good atmosphere - not too touristy as many locals enjoying it too. The nearest beaches of Cala Millor etc are busy and built up the further down the coast you go, but Cala Torta we loved - a bit of a bumpy drive to it but if you want to get away from all the tourist bars and shops, this is the place to go. Good walks from there too, to the pirates lookout. Can't fault the accommodation - everything there that you need and well presented and clean. Weather mixed with dramatic storms and hot and humid. Thank you Emilio, you were an attentive host and we would book again.
Well-appointed, comfortable house in a beautiful setting
We really enjoyed our stay: the house was perfect and had everything we needed, and we were made very welcome by Emilio. We also had gorgeous weather so were able to enjoy the super pool and facilities at Pula Golf, and visited a couple of local beaches. Overall a fantastic, relaxing holiday with plenty to keep the children entertained, and we'll be booking again.

The most amazing place we have stayed
We came here on a joint family holiday (4 adults and 3 children ) and it was amazing! The villa was beautiful and spacious with everything we needed. The pool is only a few minutes walk and the indoor spa and treatments were also fantastic. The views are beautiful, the beds are really comfortable and it was very clean. Emilio was easy to contact throughout our stay and answered any questions very quickly.. We are coming back very soon !!

home in 1 line of golf course (pula golf) overlooking the sea and the mountains in the exclusive resort country club pula .Zona quiet, three lovely Mallorcan villages, Arta - Capdepera and Son Servera. The nearest village is in Son Servera, about two miles away, where all needs can be found. It is the local village with good facilities including banks, cafes, town hall, stores providing most needs but more importantly, this is a nice place to walk people. Costa de los Pinos is 5 km, with a long and beautiful natural beach bay wide. The area northeast of the island offers some of the most beautiful scenery in Mallorca, the natural landscape of green pines and beautiful beaches and contrasting natural stone homes and farms, particularly recommended Costa de los Pinos, Cala Agulla Cala Mesquida and Cala Romantica all within 10-15 minutes drive. There are several golf clubs with high quality in the area including Pula Golf which is adjacent (reduced fees), Capdapera golf and golf Canyamel. There are many excellent (reasonable) restaurants within 10 minutes drive. There is also a "greenway Manacor arta '(see website.) Hiking trail for biking, hiking etc. in short, an area with many options.
