Historical Aix en Provence - 60m2 luminous,modern flat + carpark

I hope you will enjoy your stay in my spacious, attractive, modern and quiet apartment with a pretty terrace surrounded by treess.

The apartment location can not be better, in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, a short walk to Cours Mirabeau and to dozens of good restaurants on small side streets in Aix. The Tourist Information Center is also nearby.

And even more : you take your breakfast on the balcony !

If you come late or If I'm not available, you may enter by yourself. I'll leave you the keys in a securised box in the garden's builiding.

There is an allocated parking space for a car in the basement of the building.

The building also has an elevator.

Recently renovated, the comfortable and clean 60m2 apartment sleeps till four.

The apartment has a large living area equipped with WIFI , air conditioning and central heating.

The living room has a double sofa bed, a dining table and TV, and also a place for you to work on your computer.

There is also an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with

- microwave /oven

- dishwasher

- washing machine with a dryer

- fridge

- coffee maker

- toaster

- kettle

and all you need to cook and feel at home !

The bedroom has one queen size bed (160cm) and a second TV LED.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower . Toilets are separate.

The price includes parking space, linen and towels and a weekly maid service.

I like so much Aix-en-Provence with its trendy shops, its wonderful architecture and its delightful atmosphere !

I give you all the information you need to go and visit all around Provence and the south of France, from the French Riviera (Nice, Saint-Tropez) to Avignon or Les Baux de Provence.

If you want to get close to nature, you can have a walk in the olive groves or up the Sainte Victoire Mountains.

You can also visit villages in Luberon, or have a walk in « les Calanques de Cassis » along the Mediterranean coast-line, or make the most of the sunshine on wonderful beaches in the Var.

And do you know that Paris is only three hours from Aix by train?

If you arrive by coach from the airport or the TGV station, it’s just a 15 minutes walk from the central bus station.

Spacious, light, and comfortable

We stayed in this apartment for a few weeks in March. The location on the north side of Centre Ville is very convenient for exploring the city, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The markets (three times a week) begin only a block away. Although there is a garage, we did not have a car and found it very easy to walk everywhere we needed to go in the city, including the bus station from which we took some day trips. The apartment was spacious, light, welcoming, and provided a good space for relaxing or cooking. Even in March we enjoyed the balcony with its extraordinary light and lovely views of the neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and there was sufficient storage for clothing. Magali was gracious and helpful during out stay, responding quickly to all of our questions, even adding a personal visit.

Charming and reasonably well appointed. Excellent appliances. Very accommodating owner. Well supplied kitchen. Outstanding location. Apartment could use a few touch ups, some painting, more sheets and better blankets. Because the location is so outstanding, these little complaints seem insignificant

Modern apartment in great location with car park and easy access

A great apartment in the old city of Aix. It would be difficult to find a better location with an onsite basement car park and easy entry and exit by car. Magali provided a lot of information about Aix and its environment that assisted us get the most out of our stay. Her recommendations on restaurants were excellent. A bright, airy and modern apartment with everything necessary for a holiday. The sunny balcony was an added bonus.

Beautiful apartment with secure parking

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Excellent location in central Aix with secure underground parking. The apartment is incredibly quiet and we breakfasted on the patio every morning and enjoyed a glass of Rose every evening.

The information provided by Magali was outstanding which made our arrival extremely easy. Besides strolling around Aix we enjoyed a drive along the cliffs - stunning views but Cassis was way to busy for our taste. I'd also recommend a daytrip to Marseille by bus - 30 mins journey for £10 return.

I'd definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect place to enjoy Aix

This apartment is in a great location to enjoy the old section of Aix by foot. The apartment is spacious, clean, bright and airy with a lovely balcony. Magali is the most attentive host, thinking of everything you might need in the apartment and providing copious sightseeing materials for the area.

Perfect spot to enjoy the old town of Aix

The apartment's location could not be better, right in the old town, close to the Tourist Office and Cours Mirabeau. We did have some difficulty finding the drive way, but Magali was very helpful in finally getting the car parked and us into the spacious, comfortable apartment. A parking place and an elevator was very much appreciated. It is very well equipped, with everything we needed for our week stay. We enjoyed the balcony for our breakfast and afternoon wine & cheese routine. We did return the rental car early, as we felt that there was lots to do within walking distance, and didn't want to face the traffic on day trips!

Would definitely recommend this apartment to others who are interested in enjoying beautiful Aix. Magali the perfect host, with many suggestions for places to dine and exhibitions to see at the galleries.
