House just 1 mile from Famous Dorset Jurasic coast
About Mel Argent
I have recently moved to Dorset from East Devon for work and family reasons, and because I love the area. I have always wanted to live in Bridport because of the size of the town and the music, arts and culture it offers. I love being close to the sea and the surrounding countriside is great for walkers, I lived in Devon for 30 years, but I originally come from Hampshire. I lived in Turkey for 6 years and enjoy travel and meeting people from other cultures. I have a grown up daughter and elderly mother who live half an hour away, in different places.

Why Mel Argent chose Bridport
I would like you to experience the delights of Dorset and being close to the sea. Although my propery is small it is homely and comfortable and has lovely views out the back. There is a nature reserve close by and many lovely walks.
What makes this House unique
My house is a little quirkey. My favourite feature is a home made grandfather clock , which hides the fuse box for the house! I am happy with my new kitchen and love the view at the back of the house.

Jurassic coast is superb for trecking. There are regular buses from Bridport which go along the coastal route. Lovely beaches close by, including Lyme Regis, Burton Bradstock, Charmouth, Sea town, Weymouth,Durdle door and Lulworth cove. Thomas Hardy fans should visit his cottage near Dorchester and Max gate. There are also beautiful local walks, and Maiden Castle and Hardy's Monument. Great arts and music location and several local festivals, including the Hat festival which is unique to Bridport.
