65 m2 apartment consists of two double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom, lounge, kitchen and private terrace. The property is completely renovated, but has maintained the character and the Mallorcan spirit. Both bedrooms are double, furnished with double bed and two well separated, giving you privacy. It also has a complete bathroom, equipped with a great shower of glass. The lounge is nice because it has a comfortable sofa and is bright thanks to that has survived the magnificent Original Glazed wood. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, has cutlery, crockery and glassware, as well as all necessary utensils for cooking and eating. It also has all the small appliances you need. It also has a cozy private terrace, furnished with table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals or intimate dinners. It is very cool in summer.

We had a most enjoyable stay! The location of the apartment is perfect in the beautiful old town of Palma. Nicely decorated with a very well equiped kitchen. Good wifi and laundry facilities. The apartment is cleaned once a week with fresh clean linen and has the class and touch of being in a hotel with complimentary sweets and amazing towel sculptures. We will certainly stay here again

The apartment was central but quietly located.

We wanted a centre property with all the amenities within a short distance and that we got with the added bonus of a quiet location. The property was as claimed by the agents and the service we received before, during and after our stay was faultless. We would certainly use the same agents again.

Great apartment in the centre of town.

This place is in a great position that was close to everything. Very quiet at night yet minutes away from the shops and the seafront. There was no washing machine but otherwise the flat was very well equipped. New and clean, with some original features. The whole renting process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfecta estancia en la mejor zona de Palma

Estuvimos alojados una semana mi marido, mi hija 14 meses y yo y nos encantó la zona.

Es perfecto para una familia ya que tiene de todo y disponen de cunas. Tiene una lavanderia en la planta baja que fue muy util.

No hace falta coche, recorrimos todo a pie.
