The farm consists of 35 000 m2 of rural land that give rise to a small mound where once stood a mill and today remains its fully restored warehouse (declared capital asset) and converted into a comfortable home. It is surrounded by native vegetation with olive, fig and almond trees. From the house open and the people of Biniali Sencelles, the Majorcan countryside as well as of the highest mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana landscape is contemplated. The facade of the whole house is stone and also retains its old traditional domed architecture inside. The restoration carried out is very friendly and able to maintain the authenticity and simple rural character and own the place. The vaulted great room with stone walls that retain the coolness in summer and warmth of the great fireplace in winter. Spacious rooms with lockers. The pool (salt) and garden are very rural. Shaded parking.

From the farm you can visit many villages of the island and go to their weekly markets or different traditional festivals throughout the year. Also nearby are the main coastal areas and beaches. The roads are circuits for excellence in recreational cyclists. Almost all farm land surrounding the village of Biniali are vineyards that can be visited. Next to the farm there are also ideal for children equestrian center. You can make many excursions around or too close to Palma in 25 minutes by car.

Wir kommen wieder

Wunderschöne Finca mit tollem Pool und toller Aussicht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und man hat dadurch keinerlei Belästigung durch laute Nachbarn. Man kann den Tag auf der großen Terrasse oder auch auf bequemen Liegen am Pool verbringen. Abends wird das Haus toll illuminiert. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts und die Finca ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt im ganzen Haus WLAN und man kann sämtliche deutsche TV-Sender empfangen. Es gibt zahlreiche Bücher und Tips für die Umgebung. Die Eigentümerin Christina kümmert sich sehr hilfsbereit und charmant um die Gäste. Wir kommen wieder

sehr, sehr schön

wunderschöne, alte Mühle , in herrlicher Umgebung und total netten Vermietern, die einem jeden Wunsch erfüllen! Wir haben hier drei herrliche Wochen, in vollkommener Abgeschiedenheit erlebt, mit eigenem Salzwasserpool und wunderbarem Essplatz im Freien. Die Küche ist 1A, und der Herd ein Hammer!

Man muss aber fair sein und anmerken, dass leider eine Strasse in der Nähe vorbeigeht und die hört man oft schon sehr. Daran gewöhnt man sich aber und nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Dass die Flugzeuge auch in der Nähe ihre Einflugschneise haben, ist in vielen Teilen Mallorcas ein Problem. Uns haben sie nicht gestört. Wir wohnten vorher ein paar Wochen wo anders und da waren viel unangenehmer Geräusche von Nachbarn und vor allem von Hunden, die eine echte Plage auf Mallorca sind!.

Also wir können, das haus absolut weiterempfehlen! Wenn jemand aber geräuschempfindlich ist, dann muss er sich woanders bemühen- viel Glück dabei!!

Biniali, is a picturesque small rural village of the few on the island that have fully preserved both environment and its authentic traditional Mallorcan architecture. In Biniali can still wander in peace and preserving the tranquility of yesteryear without tourism or shops. All around are planted with almond trees, oaks, besides being in a very important area of ​​vineyards and wineries visited. The beautiful villages Sencelles, Santa Maria, and Binissalem are the closest there weekly markets, besides being very close to Palma (25 Km). The beaches of Muro or LLucmajor are also nearby, less than 30 min. Near Biniali there recommended restaurants and also the great 'Festival Park' shopping center located in the highway towards Palma. In the same town of Biniali is a major equestrian center ready to welcome the whole family.
