Unique property, sleeps 6, fully equiped incl 2 jacuzzi's.

This is probably the best apartment in Cascais. It is a Penthouse with unobstructed views of Cascais and the whole coast line for miles. The terrace completely surrounds the property and provides fantastic 360 views, on a clear day from the bridge in Lisbon to Sintra. Only a short walk from Cascais town center and beaches. Two double bedrooms downstairs sleep 4 with a further room upstairs that can sleep an additional 2 people in 2 single beds and has 2 double sofa beds.

The features include the exterior Jacuzzi overlooking Cascais and surrounding areas, the double shower inside encased in glass in the bathroom, the outside rain shower on the terrace, the Jacuzzi bath inside, the Bose music system with both interior & exterior speakers, the pool table, table football and bar, the separate dressing area for the mater bedroom upstairs, the cable and satellite (Sky) television, all mod cons in the kitchen, the cupboards stocked with numerous kitchen appliances, the marble floors and tiles in the bathrooms, the five flat screen televisions, the 'valetyne' double sunbed and sun loungers...there's even use of a shared pool. There is a separate gym in the appartment block on the ground floor for a membership fee of 25 euro's per week.

  • The master bathroom has a jacuzzi for two and a separate double shower encased in glass with views onto the mountains of Sintra and outside terrace with the outside jacuzzi. There is a toilet, designer sink and heated towel rail. Green marble floor and sink base. Bathroom is accessable via the master bedroom and the corridor between the 2 bedrooms and has a fan. The second bathroom is accessable via the lounge and has a toilet, bidet and designer sink with yellow marble floor and sink base. The outside jacuzzi fits 4 and the outside rain shower has hot and cold water.

  • The master bedroom has a king size double 'Marriott' bed and gives acces to the upstairs private dressing room with lots of space for clothes and your suitcases. The bedroom has a door to the main bathroom, blackout curtains and glass doors opening to the terrace facing west. The bedroom has heating and aircon, and a flatscreen tv. The second bedroom has a double bed and also glass patio doors leading onto the terrace, facing south. This room has an integral wardrobe and a small flatscreen tv. Above the lounge and kitchen area with access from the lounge via a spiral staircase there is a big room with two single beds and two double sofa beds. This room has a big flatscreen tv, pool table, bar, fridge with freezer and table football.

We had a lovely stay at this spacious and comfortable apartment.The views are stunning and we were fortunate enough to have great weather for the whole of our stay.The wrap around balcony was ideal for soaking up the sun all day.The centre of town is a ten minute walk away and there are two supermarkets to stock up on all you require.It is a 5 euro taxi ride back up the hill to the apartment.Ther is also a small supermarket across the road and a bakery which sells delicious cakes and sandwiches.You can also take a bus from the bus station in town to a number of places and the train station is also handy if you wish to take a trip into nearby Estoril.A 40 minute train ride will also take you into Lisbon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment and would not hesitate to book again.

Simply fantastic!

This is the second time we've had the privilege of staying here, and it really is a privilege. This is a truly stunning apartment, covering the entire 16th top floor, with the most magnificent panoramic views, which are superb and far reaching. The constant vista captivates you. The apartment is spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is also well situated, with a short walk to town or the marina. The hot tub (or you can make it cool) is brilliant and the upstairs pool room, with various other games is great, and not just for kids. We will definitely come back. Having stayed in many, many other villas, apartments and cottages, this rates amongst the very best we've staying in. Thanks Nick for letting us stay and thanks too to Patricia who offers any help you may need.

Stunning apartment with stunning views

This apartment is without doubt worthy of the 5 stars. The view is amazing and with the view, hot tub, games room and weather it was hard to leave the luxury to explore Cascais. We will definitely be back!! Big thank you to housekeeper Patricia too for her welcome and being on hand to answer questions and help us out when we were there.

Fabulous luxury apartment

Having spent three days in Lisbon, we took the coastal train (2 euros) to this apartment for four nights. Really had the wow factor, with stunning views as promised. Very clean, loads of kitchen gadgets, quick wi-fi, satellite tv....everything worked. The games room is brilliant - we had a lot of fun playing the table football, pool table and the pinball machine. Cascais is a really lovely location. Would have been very happy to spend a few more days.

Simply Fantadtic

This is a great quality apartment with incredible views. I really mean incredible. Probably one of the best views we've ever had, which can be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining area and lounge with Fantastic floor to ceiling Windows. The very large wrap around terrace is also wonderful and the hot tub an added bonus. The fixtures and fittings inside are top quality. The apartment is very well located, with only a small walk to shops and restaurants and the main centre of Cascais. I have no hesitation in recommending this 5 star accommodation. We will most definitely go back.

A fabulous place to stay

The views from the penthouse were everything that the web site claimed , the games room was better than we envisaged and an extra I have never seen in any other self catering accomodation , up and better than most hotels and at no cost . It was a perfect out of season place to stay and can see that in high summer you would spend most of your days on the terrace . The owners advice sheet of where to eat and how to use appliances was very clear and useful.

On the Estoril coast, close to Lisbon and Sintra, lies Cascais, a romantic village with Portuguese charm and plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops and a cinema. Cascais is surrounded by dramatic coastal cliffs and pretty beaches, all within walking distance. Guincho beach is 10 mins by car and famous for it's scenery and the active kite-suft community. It has a cool restaurant and bar and a few surf schools. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guincho_Beach

Sintra is a 20 mins drive away and features on the UNESCO world heritage list due to its curtural landscape, including the amazing Sintra castle. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sintra

There are a number of golf courses dotted around in this area, and some spectacular ocean side restaurants close by. Try and visit Casa de Guia while you are here, with aprox 10 small restaurants built just off the cliffs 10 mins away by foot. There are two manina's nearby, the Cascais marina is within walking distance and offers boats for rent (incl. skipper) and a sailing school. At various locations bikes and Segways are for rent.

A national park is 10 mins away by car and had good trails for hiking or mountainbiking.

Estoril has besides a beatiful beach and a popular beach club, a big casino if you want to try your luck.

And last but not least there is Lisbon, built on seven hills with even more opportunities for sightseeing and entertainment http://www.golisbon.com/

The penthouse sits on the highest floor of the tallest building of Cascais, built on top of a hill and has therefore unobstructed views in all directions. There is a bakery located 200 meters away from the entrance open 7 days per week for your fresh pastries at breakfast overlooking the bay of Cascais.
