With a comfortable lounge area, two restful bedrooms and air conditioning throughout, Olympus House is the ideal place to spend your vacation in the sun. The beaches and mountains are easy to get to as well as many other attractions. Within easy traveling distance of all that Cyprus has to offer the bungalow is the ideal setting whether you are looking for a sporting holiday, visiting the historic sites, walking in the a mountains or looking to relax, sunbathe by the pools and enjoy the nearby beaches (blue flag).
You can have a BBQ while admiring the views on the bungalow’s roof terrace, relax on the terraces on the ground (one overlooking the communal pools) or go for a swim in the large pool set next to the children's pool. Try out local food in nearby restaurants and explore other traditional towns and villages to create some lasting memories.

The local village shop is a 5-10 minute walk away and the there is a supermarket around 5 minutes drive away
Cyprus has much to offer everyone. Whether it be a relaxing holiday by the pool or on the beach or taking part in sports, walking, cycling, enjoying the mountains or visiting the historic sites and museums there is something for everyone. The house is just 25 minutes from Larnaca or Limassol, only 45 minutes from Nicosia and so is in a perfect location to make the most of all that is on offer in Cyprus.
It is located near the airports: an easy 25 minute drive from the new Larnaca airport or an hour or so from Paphos airport.
Fly with a large choice of airlines including budget airlines (some great deals are to be had). Airlines include Easy jet, Ryanair, Monarch, Thomson, Jet2, British Airways and Cyprus Airways to name a few.
Driving in Cyprus is a pleasure and you can pick up a car through all the leading car hire companies at the airports. It is worth taking advantage of car hire discounts offered by airlines when booking. Traffic drives on the left hand side of the road in Cyprus and signs are in English as well as Greek.
The house is ideal for families and others including those with limited mobility as all internal rooms are on the same level on the ground floor.
I was born and grew up in Essex, England and have lived in south London for some time now. I enjoy London but trips to our place in Cyprus are always something special to look forward to. Even their coldest winters are warm by London standards!

The house is ideally located in easy reach of the beaches, mountains and cities. It is near ancient ruins as well as modern attractions. Set in the beautiful countryside surrounded by the foothills of the Troodos mountain ranges it is a great place to have a holiday at any time of year.
The swimming pools on site are a favourite part of holidays for many people and with the tennnis court and children's play area there is something for everyone. The views from the roof terrace are something we never tire of, admiring the hills and you can see the Mediterranean as you enjoy a barbecue or a refreshing drink. The kitchen terrace and roof terrace have good views of the pool areas so you can keep an eye on young family members if you need to.
A walk though the nearby orchards is also something we enjoy, taking in the beauty of the countryside.
The house itself is comfortable and well equipped for self-catering and not far from many different types of restaurant in the surrounding villages. Within 20 to 30 minutes you can get to the major towns of Larnaca and Limassol and a slightly longer journey will take you to Nicosia. It is quick and easy to get to most places in south, east and west Cyprus.
The bungalow was exceptionally clean and well furnished. Everything you would need is there. The beds were extremely comfortable, infact I had some of the best night sleeps I have ever had. The patio areas and roof terrace are spacious and there are some lovely views to be had. All in all extremely peacefull. The surrounding area and swimming pool were kept spotlessly clean. The village itself has a couple of good resteraunts and cafe's - also the bakery had some delicious daily offerings including the most delicious bread. The bungalow is well positioned for visiting Larnaca, Limassol and even the drive to Paphos only took over an hour. We found the owners extremely helpful - nothing was to much trouble. We would have no hesitation in staying at Olympus House again.
Since returning we have recommended it to family and friends as a real little gem of a place.
The house had excellent facilities, everything worked well. The washing machine came in very handy and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms really helped to keep cool at night. The veranda and roof terrace overlooking the site were a great place to relax. The swimming pool was very clean and inviting - we used it several times during our stay. We enjoyed the good selection of dvds and books, the sofas were comfortable as were the beds. The shower was easy to use. The leaflets and maps in the house really helped us to plan our days out and make the most of the surrounding area. Communication with the owner was always excellent and we would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable 'home from home' from which to explore this beautiful island.
What a fantastic apartment. It was perfect for us, I have limited mobility and struggle to find great accommodation, but my search is over. The apartment has parking right at door and all on one level with a shower cubicle (all important to me). It is clean, beautifully decorated with everything you could need. Beds are comfortable and the ceiling fans kept us cool all night. We had sole use of the pool and loungers. The apartment is on a complex on the edge of a lovely little village. We ate at the Rainbow Resturant at the entrance, fabulous meal from a lovely family. Bakery at bottom of hill was perfect for breakfast pastries and fresh bread. For further afield adventures the apartment is so close to main motorway that takes you easily to Limissol and Larnaka. We loved our stay, communication with owner was fabulous. We can't wait to return!
The description of the property was accurate and Trevor couldn't have been more helpful during the booking process and while we were there. A problem with the fuse for the oven was sorted promptly during our stay. The property is extremely well equipped and the location is lovely, not only the beautiful pool but access to good roads which made our sightseeing very easy. The Rainbow Taverna has excellent food and is very friendly, as are all the local restaurants. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in nice accommodation.
Booking of the accommodation was hassle free, Trevor always responded to my emails very quickly and prior to our arrival Trevor supplied us with details of how to get to the village (directions were great). So about our holiday we spent 2 lovely weeks staying in the accommodation, it had everything from home comforts, good selection of DVDs and even the use of beach towels. The village is very clean and the pool is an excellent size and very well maintained. After a days sightseeing we would come back to the accommodation and relax on the roof terrace enjoying a BBQ and a few glasses of wine. A car is essential when staying here, there are plenty of little villages to visit where you can dine and the prices are very reasonable. There is plenty of literature left in the accommodation for you to be able to plan where you would like to visit. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay at the accommodation and I would consider visiting here again.
We had a fantastic stay at this very comfortable and well equipped bungalow. It was immaculately clean and the large swimming pool was v well maintained. The site is well maintained and quiet. The Rainbow Taverna just outside the development is highly recommended. Everything is home made and the owner and daughter are delightful. We will be going back!

Choirokoitia is located midway between Larnaca and Limmasol in the south of Cyprus (around a 25 minute drive to either town) and around a 40 minute drive to Nicosia. Famous for its Neolithic remains nearby (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) it is the ideal place to base yourself to get the most out of your Cyprus holiday.
Set on the edge of the village the development is surrounded by countryside with views up the mountains and down to the sea. There are olive groves, lemon trees and the local village’s nature trails will take you near to the ancient settlement.
A ten minute drive will take you to the coast. Zygi is famous for its fish restaurants and harbor or go and laze on nearby Governor’s Beach (blue flag) and try out the water sports. Larger beaches can be found in Larnaca and Limmasol along with the full range of beach activities. It is worth spending time exploring these two towns offering a mix of historical and modern sights including museums and galleries. Just the other side of Limmasol is Lady's Mile beach, a favorite for many.
Whatever it is you want to do you are likely to find it nearby. Whether it is golf, horse riding, diving, cycling, fishing, paint balling or visiting the historic sites these are just a short drive away. There are also water parks, cinemas and even a Camel Park. Nicosia and Limmasol also offer modern shopping malls and if it takes your fancy you can also pop into Nicosia’s Ikea.
Drive up into nearby foothills of the Troodos mountains and you will soon come to beautiful villages such as Pano Lefkara famous for its lace and silver products. Further on into mountains is Mount Olympus where you can go walking in the summer and go skiing in the winter.
No visit to Cyprus is complete without visiting the Roman and Greek remains. A little further the other side of Limmasol are the ruins of Kourion with its spectacular amphitheater and mosaics.
