Family holiday

We had a very friendly greeting from massimo and Manuela who showed us round the property. The house was a lovely location just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach and a lovely view over the bay and mountains . We were a family of five and the property was well equipped for us all . We would love to go back again .

Siamo 2 famiglie composte da 4 e 3 persone. Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in agosto nella villetta del Sig. Massimo. La villetta è strutturata su 2 livelli, è particolare, accogliente, molto pulita, ordinata e rifornita di tutto il necessario. Dal giardino, molto curato e pieno di bellissime piante e fiori, si ha una bellissima vista sul mare, dove la luna di sera si rispecchia. Dal residence si accede a piedi o in auto direttamente alla spiaggia di Porto Sa Ruxi di cui una parte è riservata ai proprietari. Questa spiaggia circondata dalla macchia mediterranea, é suddivisa in tre spiaggette: tra sporgenze rocciose, lingue di sabbia e mare cristallino, è stata per noi una delle più belle. Consigliamo anche il ristorantino in spiaggia. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere Costa Rei, tutte le spiaggie nei dintorni e il centro di Villasimius. I suggerimenti e i consigli del signor Massimo sono stati tutti appropriati. Bellissima vacanza, siamo stati veramente bene, super consigliato. Un ringraziamento speciale a Massimo ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. A presto.

Beautiful house and yard

This is a beautiful house, a short walk down some stairs to a wonderful beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very accommodating about timing and were very friendly. We'd love to go back.

Gute Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge

Nette Gastgeber. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Straße direkt am Haus war etwas störend. Da viele Raser vorbei fahren. Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine wäre hilfreich. Zugang zum Meer ist nicht direkt am Haus. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Excellent séjour

Agréable maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la montagne, bel espace extérieur, maison très propre et très bien entretenue, bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont adorables et plein d'attention ! Accès plage à 5 minutes à pied et à moins de 10 minutes en voiture de Villasimius. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour! A refaire !!
