The Breakers Resort is considered to be one of the finest resorts in Myrtle Beach. The resort is comprised of 7 uniquely designed buildings all boosting amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. Our spacious oceanfront 3 bedroom condo is located within the Paradise Tower, the newest building featuring the aquatics facility with a large indoor pool, multiple hot tubs, kids pool, indoor/outdoor lazy river, and a new kids splash zone with 4 water slides. The oceanfront lazy river is 418 feet long, the longest in Myrtle Beach. The heated indoor pools and other water attractions are great for year round enjoyment. The pool area has various food and beverage vendors. Building amenities also include glass-enclosed hallways that are carpeted and air-conditioned, three high-speed elevators, ice machines, an exercise room, a game room, shuffle board, lounges, conference facilities, and commercial shops. There are several restaurants in the Breakers complex, along with Starbucks, a pizza parlor, and Ben & Jerry's ice cream. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel, Family Kingdom amusement park, along with dozens of dining, entertainment and nightlife options are all within easy walking distance of The Breakers central location. The Myrtle Beach Convention Center and Broadway at the Beach are just a few blocks away.
Our oceanfront condo features a large oceanfront master bedroom with 2 queen size beds, flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player (WiFi enabled), an on-suite bathroom with jetted tub and sliding doors leading to the large oceanfront balcony. Each of the two guest bedrooms include 2 queen size beds, flat screen TV and DVD player. The full size kitchen includes upgraded cabinets, granite counter tops, smooth top range, full size refrigerator and dishwasher in addition to dishes, pots/pans, utensils and coffee maker. The living room includes a new full size sleeper sofa, 42" flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player (WiFi enabled) and sliding doors leading out to the large oceanfront balcony. In addition, our corner unit has 2 side windows in the living room bringing in additional natural light. Enjoy an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean from the large 2nd floor balcony, very safe for children. Our condo also includes a washer / dryer in the unit. Rentals always include bed linens & bath towels, departure cleaning, WiFi and parking included in the rental.
Please note we rent to families and responsible adults ONLY! Minimum rental age is 25 years old with a valid ID unless an exception is made in writing by the owner. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non-family groups to be determined at the sole discretion of the owner. Any violation will result in termination
of rental agreement without refund.

My wife, son and I currently live in South Florida. My family has vacationed in Myrtle Beach every year since I was a child. Some of my favorite childhood memories include playing on the beach with my family, catching waves in the warm ocean water, playing beach volleyball, going to the water parks and racing the go-carts. I also fondly remember competing against my brother in miniature golf (we are very competitive), enjoying the many shows in Myrtle Beach, watching the weekly firework displays, and best of all, my dad taking the entire family to make your own sundae after dinner. Now that I have my own family, I want to continue our wonderful family tradition and create new family memories with my wife and son.

A little outdated, could use screens on the doors to enjoy the ocean a little more without birds flying in the room. Great location. Walking to lots of activities. Pool and hot tub a bonus.
This condo was a great fit for our extended family for the weekend! Plenty of room to spread out and beds. The balcony is huge! Convenient location to the MB conference center.
Close to lots of waves & shopping & dining.
We were right on the beach, everything was great
There was a lot of family activities; good location; nice beach--not too crowed in late October.
Had a great time! The splash zone was great for the kids.

Cancellation Policy - Advance rental payments are fully refundable up to sixty days prior to the beginning of the rental period. If a cancellation is received within sixty days of the rental period, Landlord will attempt to re-rent the unit and will refund the full amount of the advance rental payment if the unit is re-rented at the same rate reflected in this Agreement. At the Tenant’s option, Landlord may accept a lesser rent amount and withhold the rent differential from the amount of the advance rental payment being returned to the Tenant. No refunds are provided for cancellations received within 30 days of the rental period.
