Newly built house with fantastic views from the pool deck and patio.
The first floor offers large seating areas and open plan living. The kitchen has a large kitchen island and work surfaces in carera marble.
There is also a bathroom and laundry room.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and 2 sinks and a smaller living room.

Large sliding doors open onto the terrace. The terrace is about 200 sqm large and also accommodates a swimming pool.
There is also a lawn of about 300 sqm where a large trampoline is located.

The house is located about 10min drive from Stockholm City. There is also the possibility of taking a bus or train into the City. The station is about 5min walk from the house.

10 minutes walk, there are nice nature areas such as parks, bike paths, playgrounds and a nice beach by the sea.
About 15min walk there is a large shopping center with both brand stores and restaurants and coffee shops.

The suburb of Täby, is a quiet and safe place. The majority of homes consist of family houses.
