Eneas is luxury, spacious, air-conditioned ground-floor apartment with private garden and 4 large bedrooms sleeping 9. With elegant and comfortable furnishings, the sitting/dining room (35x16ft) and ALL 4 bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the private enclosed garden (outdoor dining and sofa seating area on sun terrace). The garden leads directly onto the beautiful landscaped communal gardens with a large swimming pool and separate toddler pool (only 9 apartments in the building). It is luxuriously appointed with traventino marble floors and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, wireless BROADBAND, Digital TV with UK BBC and ITV channels, DVD, VHS and Hi-Fi. As our family holiday home, it has been furnished very comfortably with Egyptian cotton bedlinen, goose down duvets, videos, books, children's toys, games, etc. It is a beautiful location with the beach a 200m walk, the town centre 700 m and the foothills of the Tramontana mountains directly behind the apartment.

We have two apartments to let in the exclusive Bellresguard Estate. 150m apart, 'ENEAS' is a ground floor apartment with 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a 35 x 15 ft sitting/dining room. ALL bedrooms and sitting room have patio doors opening onto a private garden that has direct access to communal gardens and swimming pool. Total floor space 201 sq mts.

'Atlas' is on the first floor with a huge 50sq/m sun terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 28 x 15 ft sitting/dining room. Total floor space 187 sq mts.

They are modern and luxuriously appointed with marble floors and bathrooms, full air conditioning throughout with elegant and comfortable furnishings. Bellresguard is 200 m from the beach and the resort centre is 700m walk along the stunning seafront.

The nearby 4 star Illyador Hotel (200 metres) has a tennis court and Health/Beauty spa open to non residents.

Wonderful family apartment

Have had a fantastic holiday. Apartment ideal for an extended family. We stayed with our 2 adult children and their partners and one 2 year old granddaughter. The layout of the apartment works so well for all age groups.

Good quality furniture and fittings and so many little extras to make the stay enjoyable. Wonderful to have 3 well fitted bathrooms!

Lovely pool outside the gate . Close to the Pine Walk and so easy to reach the beach and restaurants.

We hope to return soon.

Great holiday in Puerto Pollenca

We have stayed in many apartments in the Bellesreguard development over the years and this was the second stay in Eneas. The apartment is so spacious and well equiped and we loved it. It is especially suitable for families with young children as it is the only apartment block with a baby pool. Perfectly situated for the beach and all the wonderful restaurants and bars on the beautiful Pine Walk. Would thoroughly recommend it. Thank you again Ruth

Fabulous Family Friendly apartment

We stayed in Eneas with another family and the apartment was certainly spacious enough for the 8 of us - A stunning apartment which was beautifully furnished and really well equipped. The little ones loved the enclosed garden area and pool. A lovely walk through the Bellresguard Estate to the 'Pine Walk' and plenty of great bars and restaurants. The shop/deli/cafe on the edge of the Estate was perfect! We loved Puerto Pollensa and the apartment and definitely hope to return in the future! Many thanks Ruth!

we had a fab week here with family. Puerto Pollensa is a lovely resort for couples and families and the Bellresguard complex is ideally located at one end of the bay so all that's needed is a leisurely few minutes walk to either the supermarket or the pinewalk where the shops and restaurants/bars are situated. our first impression of Eneas ground floor apartment was how large it was - definitely more than enough space for everyone! The whole apartment is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need including a good grocery cupboard! so its worth checking before you do your shop as more than likely the store cupboard item will be there! we did purchase a new corkscrew as the one in the drawer was broken! We had a problem with internet connection but once we told Ruth she organised new router straight away and now connection is perfect! This ground floor apartment is particularly good for access to the pool - just out the gate. the pool was very clean and gardens well manicured and well tended. its very quiet here and we almost had the pool completely to ourselves! this is the first holiday we've had in a while where there weren't any down sides! and it counts for so much knowing that if there is a problem it will be fixed. thank you Ruth - we would love to return - and it was lovely to meet you! wouldn't hesitate to recommend your apartment.

Spent a fantastic week in Eneas over Easter. The apartment was ideally located, less than an hour from the airport and an easy walk from the beach and the restaurants, cafes and shops in Puerto Pollenca. The apartment itself is very nice: well equipped, clean and comfortable. The easy access onto the patios and private garden area and then the pool and communal gardens beyond was ideal and allowed us to make the most of the beautiful weather. Ruth was very helpful throughout the whole process, managing the booking, providing instructions, guides and ensuring the whole experience was very enjoyable. Many thanks and hope to return next year.

Outstanding. Exceeded Expectations.

We stayed in this apartment from 7th to 21st May 2013, the apartment was everything we expected and more.. We were a party of 6, 2 adults with 2 small children aged 1 and 2 and 2 grandparents. The size and layout of the apartment was superb and it was very well equipped and appointed. There were so many toys, books, DVD,s and buckets/nets/spades to keep the children entertained we didn't need anything of our own. The apartment also has its own lawned area with plenty of room for toddlers to let off steam, even on rainy days they were very happy with all the space. The apartment also has a small gate that opens directly onto the pool which was very convenient with push chairs etc. The town of Puerto Pollensa is a 10 minute walk away, we were very impressed with the child friendly beach and traffic free promenade which is ideal for little ones. The resort felt up market and there was a fantastic selection of restaurants to choose from. The small shop on site is very handy and the pre cooked meals were delicious.

We had such a great holiday we have booked again for 2 weeks next year.

Bellresguard is an exclusive gated estate, only 200m from the seafront and Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa, one of the prettiest resorts in Mallorca .

The Puerto is situated on a large sheltered bay with many sandy beaches. It lies beneath the stunning Tramuntana mountain range, a Unesco World Heritage site and an area of outstanding natural beauty.

In the town centre there is a large seafront promenade with small shops, bars and restaurants running alongside more sandy beaches where children can play in sight whilst you relax and soak up the atmosphere.

The area is very popular for cyclists and walkers of all abilities with level routes around the bays and the mountains for the more experienced.

Golf: The nearby Golf course is open to the public.

Bird watching: the well known bird sanctuary of S'Albufera is a 20 minute drive.
