Fig Tree house is a 2 bedroom family home with garden situated in a quiet neighborhood and just 30m to the nearest beach where there is a large air conditioned cafe bar with a sports TV screen and jet skies and sun loungers can be hired. Bistrica beach, the best beach in town is 150m from the house, here there is a small cafe bar. The aqua blue sea here is a treat to enjoy. The nearest restaurant and shops are in the centre of the village which is a 500m walk away.

The house is a 2 storey building with the accommodation on the first floor which is accessed by outside stairs. It boasts a large 25 sq m terrace to enjoy relaxing over meals. And outside is a lovely 200 sq m Mediterranean garden lush with flowers and plants, and a large fig tree that bears fruit in August that can be enjoyed by the guests.

In the house is a living room and a separate kitchen/dining room. Sleeping is in one double bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2 beds and on the sofabed in the living room. The house has a bathroom with shower over.

Parking is in the house's 45 sq m parking area behind the house.

The ground floor of the house is storage rooms and not for guest use.

Getting to Brac: Take the 45 minute car ferry from Split harbor. Split harbor is 20 kilometers from Split airport. The crossing takes about 45 minutes. The cost per person is approx 5 Euro.

Getting to the Property: You will checkin at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Supetar. The office is 200 m from the ferry port. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

We had wonderful holidays in the Fig Tree! The house is very clean, very quiet. We are a family with two children and the house was confortable, near to the beach, in a quiet beautiful place. We found all what we need in the house, it was great. We recommend this property to everyone. The beaches were great, we were delighted. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit, très propre, très calme, où tout est mis gracieusement à disposition. Les chambres étaient très confortables, la terrasse spacieuse ainsi que le séjour. L'endroit est calme, proche du centre du village, où l'on peut se rendre à pied. Le lieu est idyllique, nous étions enchantés.

Come in the high season of July and August and you’ll find Sutivan vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe. Eat out at a different restaurant each evening and sample the friendly bars and cafes of the village. Alternatively take from Supetar a 45-minute ferry ride to Split and wander through the 1700 year old alleyways of the Diocletian Palace, do some designer brand name shopping, or just promenade along the elegant palm tree lined Riva eating an ice cream! For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October. Easy and regular access to the mainland makes it a great place to have not just a relaxing beach holiday with the whole island to explore by scooter, boat or car but also makes for a convenient base from which to visit the historic sites of Split. If walking is your thing, there’s plenty of lovely coastal and inland walks with many beautiful old stone villages to explore.
