Spacious and quiet apartment in a beautiful building of the eighteenth century, completely renovated. Inside you will find a bedroom with a large bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a small TV room, reading or games for children, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with tub.

In these places, it reigns the calm and silence. The windows overlook a gallery around a large leafy courtyard where squawking birds. You will feel like in a cloister, away from the noise of the streets and around squares where the animation is assured. Perfect for rest, work or relax after a day of sightseeing.

Children are welcome but noisy tenants are asked to refrain.

Truley traditional Cadiz feel

We stayed for a weekend only and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The building is typically "usual" when viewing from the outside but upon entering the impressive central open-to-sky area is quite outstanding and retains much of the original character. The apartment itself is bright and airy and looks out on the open central courtyard shared between the few flats within this old house.

As good as the apartment and it's location are, it's the owner of this place that was even more of a gem. He couldn't of been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended this place if you visit Cadiz.

Great apartment in the heart of Cadiz

Great apartment of our brief visit to Cadiz. More spacious than we expected. Comfortable and good lighting to read in the evening. Very convenient for visiting the old town with everything an easy walk away. Ismael was a very friendly and helpful host. He even found some fresh milk for my wife who doesn't like UHT milk in her tea! We loved the apartment and may well return one day.

L'appartement idéal

Un emplacement idéal au cœur de la Cadix historique, dans une rue calme, avec toutes les activités et commodités à quelques pas. Un appartement très bien équipé et décoré avec les oeuvres d'artistes locaux. Une très belle rencontre avec Ismael, le propriétaire des lieux, toujours de bon conseil. Bref, à recommander, sans hésitation !

BONITO PISO EN LUGAR INMEJORABLE

PIso muy coqueto situado en pleno centro histórico de Cádiz, que te permite ir a pie a cualquier parte! Ismael es el mejor proprietario que he conocido nunca: en un momento te informa de todo cuanto hay que ver y hacer en su ciudad, enseñándote incluso rinconcitos no tan turísticos como El Adobo, un sitio al lado de casa donde cenar unas auténticas delicias para el paladar. Ha velado en todo momento para que no nos faltara de nada y que nos sintiéramos como en casa!!

Altamente recomendable!

Très bel appartement, en plein centre historique. Ismael, le proprio, est très sympa, toujours prêt à donner des conseils et des idées quant aux lieux à ne pas manquer, comme par exemple El Adobo, un petit resto de famille qui vous servira de succulents mets autochtones.

Ismael est un être d'une grande gentillesse ...quel accueil...toujours dispo ...MERCI à lui !

Entspannter Urlaub in hübscher zentraler Wohnung

Meine Mutter, mein Mann, meine Tochter Dana und ich haben 10 wundervolle Tage in Cádiz verbracht.

Signe, meine ältere Tochter, lebt dort zur Zeit als Erasmusstudentin. Großzügigerweise hatte sie schon vor unserer Ankunft von Ismael, dem Vermieter, den Wohnungsschlüssel erhalten. So konnte sie uns dort mit einem selbstgekochten Abendessen empfangen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt in einem gepflegten Haus mit einem malerischen Innenhof. Markt, Supermarkt, Strände und diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.Es macht Spaß durch die alten engen Gassen zu schlendern. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Bei unserer Ankunft war ordentlich aufgeräumt und sauber geputzt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Küchenutensilien aller Art, Gewürzen, etc...

Ismael, übrigens "un dueño muy simpático y affectuoso" hat uns am 2. Tag in der Wohnung begrüßt, sich erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei und einiges erklärt. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir Tipps für Unternehmungen, Empfehlungen für Bars und Restaurants und auf die Frage nach einer Autovermietung, hat er uns, total großzügig, sein eigenes Auto angeboten (er brauche es sowieso kaum). Dieses Angebot haben wir dann tatsächlich für eine Tagestour in Anspruch genommen und außer der Schwierigkeit, an der Tankstelle , den Tankdeckel zu öffnen, hat alles wunderbar geklappt.

IDie letzte sehr schlechte Bewertung dieser Unterkunft (vom Januar 2016) können wir alle absolut nicht teilen! Es stimmt zwar, dass in der Küche manchmal ein unangenehmer Geruch (wohl aus den Rohren) herrschte. Den haben wir aber mit Lüften und Räucherstäbchen ganz gut in den Griff gekriegt. Die Wohnung ist dunkel (ich war die Einzige, die das gestört hat), aber dadurch eben guter Ausgleich zur Sommerhitze, und außerdem hat man die Möglichkeit, die große Dachterrasse, die übrigens einen fantastischen Ausblick über die Stadt bietet, mitzubenutzen. Im Badezimmer war auch nicht alles brandneu. Für uns waren das Nebensächlichkeiten, mit denen wir gut leben konnten und die uns nicht den Urlaub verdorben haben. Die Betten fanden wir alle bequem, obwohl meine Mutter aufgrund von Nackenproblemen in dieser Beziehung durchaus anspruchsvoll ist.

Ismael, encore une fois, merci beaucoup pour ta gentillesse, ta générosité et ta cordialité. Nous on a bien joui de nos vacances à Cádiz dans votre appartement et on aimerait surtout bien revenir un jour.

No car needed to walk downtown. Located in the historic center of the city, the apartment is two minutes from the monuments and the most important museums. It is surrounded by small squares: San Francisco, Mina, San Antonio, San Agustín, with their cafes and terraces. At the Central Market, a 10-minute walk you can buy fresh produce (especially a variety of fish and seafood) or options on site if you wish.

On leaving the apartment, down the street, you can walk next to the sea to the Genovés park and watch the beautiful sunsets.

Nearby restaurants offer the specialties of the region (fish and seafood, shrimp omelette, ortiguillas, salmorejo, etc.).
