Welcome to Ca 'Roer, an old farmhouse nestled in the heart of Veneto

belonging to our family for generations.

Once owned by the Counts of Rovero, now Ca 'Roer was completely

guest reception to have a good holiday

relaxing in a land rich in nature, history and culture.

Our property is surrounded by a private park of four hectares and is divided

three newly renovated apartments. Each of them is

completely autonomous and welcoming as provided cooking

equipped with tools and small appliances, bedding and

bathroom. The decor, complete and attention to detail, combining antique furniture

belonging to the family of modern Rovero other to preserve the

rustic style of the lodging without neglecting the comforts of life

daily. The front porch of the house is equipped with garden tables,

barbeque and lounge chairs available for our guests.

Ca 'Roer is located in a strategic position geographically.

In fact, from here you can quickly reach the attractions turisticoculturali

and gastronomic area. Venice, Padua, Treviso,

Vicenza and Verona are all within 50 km. In the territory

immediately surrounding are some hidden gems, such as Asolo (4

km) and Bassano del Grappa (15 km), the hills of Valdobbiadene where

They produce wines famous all over the world and Monte Grappa, rich paths

historical nature and structures used to sport as launch pads for

paragliding and hang gliding.

The gastronomic options are countless and we will

illustrate them once you arrive on site.

We can easily reach by car, we are situated about 30 minutes

the A4 Milan-Venice, or by plane being close to

Treviso Airport (40 km) and Venice (60 km), or by train to

station of Bassano del Grappa.

L’Agriturismo “Cà Roer” è gestito dal Sig. Emilio Antonelli il quale sarà lieto di darvi il benvenuto presso la propria
struttura, e augurarvi un sereno soggiorno. Di seguito si riporta il Disciplinare interno in modo da rendere trasparente
la gestione delle attività e le regole da rispettare, al fine di garantire un reciproco rispetto.
Prenotazione e Pagamento
La prenotazione dell’alloggio, presso la struttura “Cà Roer”, può avvenire telefonicamente ad uno dei nostri recapiti,
+39 338 6026781 oppure al +39 049/658786, o scrivendo una mail corredata dai dati della richiesta e da un recapito
telefonico al quale sarà possibile essere ricontattati all’indirizzo di posta elettronica: emilio.antonelli@yahoo.it .
Per confermare la prenotazione il cliente dovrà pagare il 20% dell’ammontare complessivo della locazione, a titolo di
caparra, tramite bonifico bancario. Il saldo, invece, dovrà essere effettuato al momento dell’arrivo o alla partenza.
Spese aggiuntive
Si provvederà a versare, oltre all’importo stabilito, eventuali spese per servizi aggiuntivi goduti come di seguito
specificato:
- Spese di pulizia, per fine soggiorno, € 50,00 o € 60,00
Arrivo del cliente
L’arrivo del cliente, nell’alloggio, deve avvenire previa conferma telefonica non prima delle ore 10.00, mentre la
partenza deve avvenire entro, e non oltre, le ore 9.30. In caso di ritardo il cliente dovrà avvertire telefonicamente ai
numeri sopra indicati. Per arrivi o partenze al di fuori dell’orario previsto si potrà fare un’esplicita richiesta al gestore.
Il cliente sarà accolto dal personale della Direzione che gli darà il benvenuto, gli consegnerà le chiavi dell’abitazione e
mostrerà le stanze, i servizi e le aree a lui riservate. Gli alloggi verranno consegnati puliti e in perfetto ordine.
Al suo arrivo il cliente è tenuto a presentare un documento di identità di tutte le persone per le quali è stata effettuata
la prenotazione, al fine di consentirne la registrazione presso le competenti autorità.

Cute quiet farmhouse

Loved our stay here. The house was on a quiet street, was very spacious and clean. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact if we needed anything. Gave lots of good recommendations of things to do/eat in the area. Definitely recommend staying here and when we coming back we will be booking this place again. Thanks for a great stay!

Vacanza tranquilla e meravigliosa

Posto eccezionale (soprattutto per chi ha bambini o cani), accoglienza molto calorosa. Ci sono vari luoghi molto carini da visitare nei dintorni. Noi speriamo di poterci ritornare presto.

Da stimmte wenig.....

Wir hatten 2 Tage vor Ankunft gebucht. Sofort bei der Buchung sagte ich, daß unsere Ankunft spät sein werde. Am nächsten Tag in einer Email erwähnte ich die Uhrzeit, zwischen 21.00 und 22.00. Es schien ok zu sein. Am nächsten Tag kam eine Email, während wir schon unterwegs waren, daß der late Check-in bis spätestens 20.00 sei. Ich schrieb zurück, daß ich schon 2 mal darauf hingewiesen hatte daß wir spät ankommen würden und ich nun nichts mehr ändern könnte an der Zeit. Um 5 min vor 20.00 kam der Anruf, wo wir seien, ich wiederholte (diesmal für die Schlüsselüberbringerin), was ich bereits in den Emails an den Besitzer geschrieben hatte. Sie telefonierte mit ihm und rief zurück, die Ankunftszeit sei ok, wir sollten uns melden wenn wir da sind. Ich schrieb 15 min vor Ankunft, und versuchte nach der Ankunft, sie telefonisch zu erreichen. Nichts. Schließlich kam sie an, nachdem uns ein anderer Gast wenigstens die Tür geöffnet hatte, mit halbstündiger Verspätung total betrunken an. Sie zeigte uns alles und wir waren mehr oder weniger froh, sie dann los zu sein, weil es ob ihres angeschickerten Zustandes ein wenig anstrengend mit ihr war. Trotz alledem war sie sehr nett und bemüht. Als wir endlich allein in der Wohnung waren, viel uns nach und nach auf, wie dreckig es war: der Kühlschrank stank furchtbar, der Ofen und die Herdplatte waren fettverschmiert, der Fußboden saudreckig, generell nichts gelüftet, modrig.....im Bad überall Schamhaare, abgesehen von den Spinnweben und den toten und lebendigen Tieren überall....Schimmel am Duschvorhang, dreckige Handtücher, klebriges Zeugs am Küchentisch, das Geschirr ölig und klebrig, also eigentlich alles was man nicht haben will. Und wir sind keine Sauberkeitsfanatiker. Am nächsten Morgen ne Email geschrieben an den Besitzer, daß das so nicht geht, dann bei der Schlüsselfrau angerufen, weil nichts zurückkam. Schließlich der Bescheid: wir können den Rest des Aufenthalts stornieren. Der Besitzer meinte noch per Email er versteht gar nicht, das Zimmer sei so gefragt. Schickte ihm dann Photos. Wir haben nicht mal geduscht weil es uns so geekelt hat.

Ach, und die Photos: Aussagekräftig sind sie nicht, die Zimmer sind schöner als auf den Photos, allerdings ist die Aussicht aufs grüne nicht so vielversprechend, da muß man vom Haus weglatschen.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Es handelt sich hier um ein schönes Haus mit mehreren Appartments. Ein wundervoller Garten, jedenfalls im Frühling. Unsere Küchenausstattung war gut und die Zimmer sind völlig in Ordnung. Das zweite Badezimmer ist im Souterrain und somit eher als zweite Toilette zu betrachten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut.

Quel bonheur!

Un appartement très agréable, spacieux, propre, bien équipé et confortable. C'est le cadre surtout qui est remarquable:un jardin immense, une campagne environnante magnifique, le calme, la nature... L'idéal pour visiter la région et pour se reposer. La location est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, aucun problème, accueil parfait. Merci pour ce beau séjour.
