Set in the picturesque and charming village of Casais do São Lourenço, this modern, well equipped and generously proportioned house boasts 3 contemporary bedrooms and sleeps up to 6. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room as well as an outside private patio balcony. There are also 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and a large bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi bath and shower. Downstairs there is an extremely well equipped and modern kitchen which includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and dining area. There is also a washing machine available. The spacious, light and airy living room is dressed with two generous and luxurious sofas, SKY satellite television, a large flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. A large patio style window leads to the exterior, a large grassed garden, sun loungers, built in barbecue and sink area as well as a peaceful view of the countryside. The beach is a short ten minute stroll away.

Beautiful, modern, peaceful beach house

The house has all the modern finishing touches,with a beautiful outside area for relaxing or having a party. It has the tranquilitity of the country side but with the upside of being a 5 minute walk from the beaches, restuarants and bars, as well as a short drive into the town(also more or less 5 minutes). We have had a fabulous time on each occasion that we have rented this property(3 times) and hope to rent it again for our annual holidays. This house is big enough for a family of 6 but works just as well for a romantic get away as we have done both of these.

Great sized property - close to the beach

A great big house in a quieter village which has off road parking ( for more than 1 car) in secure electric gates.The house is set in a large garden with barbecue facilities which is great for eating al fresco. The kids can be seen playing from both outlooks, as the garden wraps the property.

The rooms are large and spacious with good living areas and are extremely clean. Modern bathroom and shower rooms too.

We stayed here and had a great time as it was just a few minutes walk down to the local beach and a 2 minute walk up to shop/cafe/bar.

It's not a long drive from Lisbon airport and there are plenty of beaches along the coast to take the kids to... Some great waves for body surfing and surfing- if that's your thing, but kids enjoyed splashing about in sea all day. Some little coves have quirky restaurants in them which make them ideal for staying all day!

Wonderful villa set in an idyllic part of Portugal

My family's two week holiday in Casa do Rochio was thoroughly enjoyed by all its members. The Vila is large, comfortable, beautifully decorated and has all the modern commodities people of all ages enjoy.

Walking distance to the local stunning beach, it is also near to Ereceira town itself, which we spent many lunchtimes and evenings enjoying the delicious local cuisine.

We found the villa's location perfect in suiting all the family. It is a short drive to the airport, 15 minutes from the idyllic town of Sintra and 20 mins to Lisbon for the culture, sightseeing and nightlife. Although many days were spent on the beach and visiting these wonderful places, the villa is such a delightful place that for the remaining days we were more than happy just to spend pleasant times there.

Would most definately return in the future.

This peaceful, modern and stylish three bedroomed, three bathroomed house is located in the charming and friendly village of Casais do São Lourenço. Only minutes in a car to some of the best seafood restaurants in Ribamar, a short drive to historical Mafra or Sintra or thirty minutes from the night-life of Cascais and Lisbon this lovely house has been tastefully decorated for the holiday rental market. It has everything needed for family fun, BBQs, eating out ,relaxing in the garden or visiting one of the stunning nearby beaches. The house also has a large flat screen TV with SKY and free wifi internet connection. Nearby Ericeira is a delightful fishing and seaside resort town where one can eat like a king for reasonable prices, take a gentle stroll, explore the labyrinth of cobbled streets or town side beaches or simply sit and watch the world go by with the locals. This whole area is a popular destination for holiday makers and surfers boasting some of the most splendid surf and beaches in Portugal.
