Quiet sea front beach house with four double bedrooms and sea view balcony
About Sara Kyriakides
We aim to provide comfortable accommodation at an affordable price, working hard to update, improve and maintain the house on a regular basis. We fell in love with the place and we hope you will too.
Sara Kyriakides purchased this House in 2011
Why Sara Kyriakides chose Clacton-on-Sea
This is a very comfortable and spacious house for short or longer breaks all year round, accommodating couples or larger family groups, The layout over 3 floors allows ample accommodation for up to 8 guests and the lounge enjoys stunning views to the beach, ocean and sky. We also enjoy lovely views from the main bedroom on the top floor.
What makes this House unique
Here on the sea front it is so quiet but for the sound of the sea, especially at night. In high season you can watch the activity along the beach from the balcony, and enjoy the shifting weather patterns and sunsets from the comfort of the lounge. It is such a relaxing location.
Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
It was good
Good condition and comfort for family
Lovely view, really needs a clean
We’ve stayed previously and the place was nicely decorated and very clean. Our recent stay was unfortunately not the same. I am commenting on here as it seems the last few reviews have had the same issues but it doesn’t seem to have been rectified. The house was filthy when we arrived, I had to clean the bathrooms and kitchen, there was mouldy food in the fridge and there were crumbs and mess in the lounge and bedrooms. Lights also didn’t work in 3 bedrooms. Blinds in several rooms were broken. Such a shame as we’d enjoyed it before (and still had a nice time this time as the location to the beach and view are lovely). I really don’t like to leave a poor review however hopefully it may prompt a change in who looks after the property between lets as they are seriously letting the owner down.
A nice house with a lovely view
A nice and cosy house with a wonderful view. We have never been closer to the beach and the sea. Children enjoyed playing different games they found in the house and making sand castles on the beach. Shops and a supermarket are just across the street, as well as fast food. Very quiet place and friendly people. You can walk to the Clacton-on-Sea following the long beach. I would like to come back in Summer.
Ideal position almost on the beach.
Used the property as a base to have my children and grandchildren come to stay with me
Everyone enjoyed themselves from myself teenagers to a two year old .plenty of room.there were a few issues with maintainence which were delt with.

Very very dirty
the bed sheets were purple and they smelt bad .there that colour for one resson.just not clean ,shame fantastic house in a great location ,we realy enjoyed the holiday .but please clean it
In need of some T.L.C.
Scaffolding all around property which we were only advised of two days before holiday which spoiled views limited access to garden and poles sticking out over balcony. Only one parking space as other was taken up by large bag of builders sand. Hallway carpet damp so couldn't walk in bare feet and awful smell of dampness on ground floor all week. Property sleeps eight but only one front door key supplied. No booklets of instructions supplied as to how to use Hydro Bath, Shower etc. Couldn't use DVD player as it was not tuned into the TV. Shelves inside bathroom cabinet filthy including hair bands left behind covered in hair..Kitchen blind falling apart so unusable.
All in all very disappointed with property.
Regrettably, essential maintenance works had taken longer than expected, and our guests were informed and given the choice of going ahead or cancelling. The carpets were damp as they had been washed due to building dust. Guests are urged to contact either ourselves or our house keeper to deal with any issues they may have during their stay, so that we have the chance to put things right straight away.
