About Sara Kyriakides

We aim to provide comfortable accommodation at an affordable price, working hard to update, improve and maintain the house on a regular basis. We fell in love with the place and we hope you will too.

Sara Kyriakides purchased this house in 2011

Why Sara Kyriakides chose Essex

This is a very comfortable and spacious house all year round, whether for a couple or a large group. The layout over 3 floors allows ample accommodation for up to 9 guests and the lounge enjoys stunning views to the beach, ocean and sky. We also enjoy lovely views from the main bedroom on the top floor.

What makes this house unique

Here on the sea front it is so quiet but for the sound of the sea, especially at night. In high season you can watch the activity along the beach from the balcony, and enjoy the shifting weather patterns and sunsets from the comfort of the lounge. It is such a relaxing location.

Excellent Service & Superb Location

  • 5 of 5

Sara was very accommodating to our needs and incredibly kind/flexible. Professional at all times her communication was excellent.

Jackie the house keeper was also friendly, very helpful and full of local information.

The house is fab for an on the beach stay. Both the adults and the kids loved it.

The beach is very beautiful with soft sand for the children to dig away in all day long.

Thank you for a lovely beach break. Highly recommend staying here.

Couldn't ask for a better location !!

  • 5 of 5

Where do I begin, there was 9 of us in total ranging from 2 years to 66 years, and we all were catered for, Sara has lovely spacious house in fantastic spot, the rooms are light, airy and comfortable, beautiful beach a stones throw away, which has a cafe/ice cream hut on it, this has been there since I was a little girl, so brought back some lovely family holiday memories.

The view from the living room & top bedroom is stunning, woke up every day feeling relaxed and well rested, due to the comfy beds and of course the location. Hearing the sea while in bed and eating has such tranquil qualities that you don't get in a hotel, Even with 2 days bad weather it never stopped us enjoying our holiday.

Having 2 bathrooms is a great advantage, especially when coming back from the beach and getting ready to go out. The utility room is so handy for storing bucket. Spades, shoes etc, the outside garden is also a added bonus

The house was clean and tidy, which shows they do care for there home and for the guests coming to stay there.

Jaywick has a several shops, public house, takeaways, arcades, (which are 2 minutes walk) the local Chinese do meal deals and the portions are very generous and tasty, they also deliver if you don't want to walk !! But Tesco & Asda online also both do home delivery

A taxi into Clacton is roughly £10 that was for 8, which is cheaper than the bus as this is £2.60 each, each way

A slow walk into clacton takes around 45 minutes, going along the sea wall, which has cafes and bars along the way !!

If travelling with children & going to the arcades, I would suggest the Pavillion Bowl arcade which is next to the pier, by far the best value, and the staff are Very good with stuck prizes!!

Bowling on the pier after 6pm is only £1 PPPG

The Owner is one in a million, so helpful, kind & accommodating, which is a quality not found in everyone Thank you Sara for a fantastic holiday

Can't wait to go back again and have already recommended to family & Friends

Lovely beach

  • 4 of 5

The house was a lot bigger then we expected with a handy shower on ground floor which was great for coming off beach. The view was amazing. We were lucky with the weather and the kids loved living on the very safe and clean beach, the older ones went crabbing a lot. Jay wick is very run down and looks rough, but actually there is a nice community feel and the locals were very friendly. If the house was anywhere else it would cost twice as much. We would return with pleasure.

great holiday had by all the family...

  • 5 of 5

very clean tidy house with lovely views, house is a lovely size for all the family as your not tripping over each other all the time. beach was lovely and tidy, on a hot day beach was busy but not overcrowded, but on a cloudy day it was lovely, its like having your own private beach with the odd few walking their dogs. have booked again and the children can't wait to go back..
