2-bedroom apartment - the first one has a double bed and a flat screen TV and the second one has 2 single beds and a flat screen TV. There is enough room to add one or two extra beds. Living room with flat screen TV and WiFi. Dining room. Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, crockery). Shower room with hand basin, bidet, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Separate toilets. Hardwood floors in all the apartment and on the terrace equipped with teak table and electric barbecue. PVC doors and windows and double glazing. Use of the garage included in the rate. Apartment with all comfort.

About Anne-Marie ANDORNO

My parents bought this house when they were still alive and since all these years, I have worked hard to make it the most comfortable and cosy possible by modernising the furniture (colonial style) and by making it the most welcoming possible to spend my old days, once I am retired. I live in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg where I have been working at the European Community for 28 years.

My parents bought this house because most of our family had moved in to the French Riviera when they retired. Therefore, so they won't lose touch with them, my parents decide to buy this house which, for a long time, was the place where we entertain family reunions.

What makes this apartment unique

I love my house, because it enjoys a perfect location while being isolated from the crowd of Juan-les-Pins in July and August. It is though close enough to all the activities of Juan-les-Pins.

The beach, with all its activities, the casino, the nightclubs, the shops and the Jazz concert organized in the pine woods, the delicious restaurants.

propriétaire qui laisse son client à son sort, pas de wifi, pas machine lave-vaisselle,

dans une rue bruyante, en face d'un parking paublic avec poubelles, maison pas du tout conforme proposé à internet

Owner's Response: Client menteur, Ne savait pas utiliser le lave-vaisselle et donc dit qu'il ne fonctionne pas. A son arrivée problème de WIFI, mais dès le lendemain la personne de l'accueil l'a dépanné. La rue n'est absolument pas bruyante. Il y a effectivement un parking en face de la maison, mais une fois garés les gens se rendent à la plage et cela ne dérange en rien. Client cherchant des histoires pour tout et malgré tous les efforts est éternellement insatisfait. A bannir de vos locations dans tous les sens du terme.

malheureusement, la réalité ne correspond avec l'information proposé dans l'annonce: la maison se trouve dans une rue bruyante, en face d'un parking public bruyante avec des poubelles, pas de wifi, pas une machine lave-vaisselle.

Owner's Response: Je partage son avis dans le sens où ce sera pour 1 fois, car jamais content, il n'arrive pas à faire certaines choses comme démarrer le lave-vaisselle et donne la faute au propriétaire. Client très menteur, car la personne de l'accueil a passé au moins 1 heure pour lui expliquer tous les électro-ménagers disponibles dans l'appartement et malgré cela il ose dire qu'il est livré à lui-même. Client très antipathique et très imbu de sa personne à proscrire et à bannir définitivement.

A small list of delicious restaurant: those on the promenade on the sea side, others in the centre of Juan, the Bodega where you can order delicious pizzas, but also well worth tasting meat and fish.

Otherwise, you can also go to Cannes, at Cresci, close to the Croisette. If you don't mind taking your car, you will also find an excellent restaurant in Vieil Antibes, Chez Oscar.
