Big house in a quiet area. Basic but clean. We enjoyed our stay.
Stayed here overnight for a wedding. Super convenient location. Only complaint is the water smelling like sulfur.
Relaxing & quiet property
Suited out needs quite well. Very peaceful property. Communication with prop man prior to stay was easy. No actual way to sit and enjoy the lAke at the property, but walked to the tavern a few minutes away to sit on the dock and enjoyed the tavern greatly!
The kitchen floor/trash can were rather dirty but the rest of the place was decent considering it was a rustic cabin.
This property was clean, comfortable and convenient. My daughter got married in the park on Saturday and the Ranger house made a great home base for the wedding party to get ready for the festivities.
It is a bit rustic, but it certainly more than fit our needs. We would stay there again.
simple yet enough
Several of my friends and I decided to stay in this Ranger Cabin for a few days to relax and enjoy nature, each other and good food. The place was enough for our needs. It is near a lake, nice walking paths and a fine restaurant. The place is modest yet it almost had everything we needed (the things that were lacking we easily worked around e.g. no can opener, light bulbs and closet space in one room) Eric was responsive and timely. I would recommend this place.
