This top floor apartment has a beautifully furnished living area - in the living area you have Laura Ashley furniture, with triple sofa, double sofa and comfy armchair, coffee table, large flat screen TV with english TV channels BBC, ITV Sky etc and Wifi/ internet access. The wooden furniture is light beach wood and of very high quality there are full length window/doors opening onto the balcony (which faces East and runs the length of apartment) with lovely views over the roof tops of Nice and gardens below, there is also a south facing window that bathes the livingroom in light. There is a dining table with 6 chairs in the dining area - this is a stunning and comfortable livingroom - with great views and with direct access to the full terrace/balcony (with table and chairs) makes it perfect for indoor/outdoor dining and relaxation. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms - both with good quality king size double beds, storage cupboards and with direct access onto the balcony from both rooms - they are very well furnished. The shower-room is tiled throughout and has quality walkin shower, wash basin and wc. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and full utensils.This is a stunning top floor apartment - very well furnished and very bright and stylish - in perfect location overlooking gardens (non overlooked) very sunny - and a distant sea view - approx. 200 meters to beach front and pedestrian zone - a true home from home and very well received by previous guests.
Fantastic location, lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Beds were comfy, air conditioning a relief from the summer heat. Balcony/roof needed some attention, pigeons were also a problem meaning we couldn't utilise the outside space it to its full potential.
Chic French apartment, tastefully decorated, perfect location, quiet, overall a magnificant unit! We had everything we needed, including a perfect view.

Everything is very clean, A welcome pack even includes a bottle of good wine As well as a set of cosmetics for the bathroom.
The Management Company provides the highest quality services, from booking to the last day of your stay. Paul and Merilyn are always ready to help on any issue. I am very grateful to them.
I definitely would recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay in the beautiful city. It will be good for the company and for couples and for single travelers.

Overall this apartment offers everything you could wish for on a city break or even an extended holiday like ourselves. The furnishings are of the best quality and we were delighted with the lovely art gracing the walls.All the kitchen equipment and crockery were lovely so shopping at the market and cooking at home was thoroughly enjoyable.
Our only problem were the pigeons on the terrace which I fell sure could be discouraged by fixing the eaves.
All in all We would return to this lovely flat with its central position, close to both the beach and the town centre.
On the top floor of a block overlooking Congres, the views were beautiful. You are in the middle of it all but have your own place to relax in peace. A bit tricky to find at night but the photos and guide from the owners helped a lot.

Me and my family stayed here for one week. Nice apartment, perfect located close to both the beach and Centre Ville. We would gladly return.
The apartment is located on rue du Congres which is in the heart of the Carre d'Or only 50 meters from Pedestrian zone and 100 meters to sea and Promenade des Anglais. The apartment faces East so gets morning and lunchtime sun and overlooks gardens so is very bright and non overlooked.
