The property/buildings are older but it has nice amenities.

Staff was friendly and room was nice. Studio does NOT have any doors so the shower and tub are in the open. Only stayed two nights so we were not able to partake in the activities offered. At check in and departure they do try to get you to join the timeshare.

Liki Tiki Village Spring Break

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and it met all of our needs. We were in a renovated room in bldg. 500 on an end unit. Like so many previously stated the walls and floors are thin so noise is inevitable. Staff was very friendly at check in. we were asked if we wished to be contacted by the sales group and declined, however that did not stop a daily call for us to come to the sales office. I made the mistake of answering our phone one day and almost never could get the lady off the phone. Respect in everything that NO means NO. The pool was vey nice however one day we went down and every chair was taken and only about 6 or 8 people in the pool so towels were put on chairs and then the people left. we ended up going back to the room and sat on our balcony. Since we rented from a third party on VRBO we paid more than we should have but that's what happens when you wait. We would stay here again.

Great stay

Love staying at Liki Tiki during Disney ESPN Soccer tournament. Lots of fun for our team families to fellowship and play. Fun times! Love tere is a Washer/dryer in the room! Perfect.
