With over 2800 SF this canal front home offers something for the entire family and the kitchen has just been remodeled. Fishing on the back porch and beautiful views of the quiet canal looking straight down to the bay. There is an oversized first floor master retreat with sitting area and large bath. Second floor boasts another bedroom of comparable size that is currently being used as a game room\bedroom along with two large bedrooms. There is room for everyone! A large kitchen with abundant storage, two sinks and great views are some amenities sure to please. Wi-Fi and xfiniti and TVs in living room, master and game room. For the fishermen in the family, the dock outback has some of the best canal fishing in Galveston with an overhead green light that pulls in the fish! Plenty of yards games, 2 tandem kayaks, 2 paddle boards, Volleyball net and beach toys for the kids, all included!

Mid week getaway success!

Had a great getaway! Process/access was easy & the house was perfect for us. Had everything we needed, clean & great location. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table & fishing. Very responsive host!

Great spot for all ages

Still taking advantage of my boys coming home for spring break- this home has a great dock, but also close to very clean beaches that are much quieter/crowded than up the island. It was a perfect stay.

We can’t wait to go back!!

What an amazing place to visit!! The perfect getaway to just kick back, relax and fish all day and night.. This home is well equipped with all your culinary needs and some of the most comfortable beds. The property owners were so nice to let us use the kayaks and games to keep our little ones entertained. Truly wonderful!! Thank You, David!!! We look forward to returning in the summer :)

Why they chose this property

We both love the bay and this neighborhood which we have watched for years. Having close access to the the beach and staying on the bay is what we have always wanted. We wanted a place that was easy to travel to on the weekends after the kids games on Saturday and still make it home for dinner on Sundays. We love to fish and having it available on the back porch made it all worth the while. Having a house large enough to host family gathering was important to us.

What makes this property unique

On the water, large living areas so you don't feel cramped and great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. We are very close to the beach, so this place gives you the best of both worlds. In Feb. 2020 we are renovating the entire kitchen. We are putting our heart-in-sol into the house, not only for our family but for our guest.
