About this property

Fox Farm Suite is a comfortable space within our family home. The suite has its own private ground-level entrance and features a one-acre spruce-lined yard. Located in a fantastic neighborhood. Kinlock beach (south shore) is a one minute drive and is dog friendly (with leash).

The Suite:
The suite is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.
The largest room includes a bright living area, king size bed, table, T.V, chair and couch. The couch is a pull-out queen bed. The second room features a double bed and a walk-in closet.
The kitchenette has the comforts of home including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Keurig coffee machine, induction burner, toaster, and kettle. We also include coffee, tea, pancake mix, dry cereal and milk.
Guests can do their own laundry in the suite.

Relax with morning coffee on the island stone deck and evening's with the propane firepit.

Located less than 10 minutes from Charlottetown, close to a golf course, and beaches.

Cable T.V., BBQ, parking, laundry, air conditioner, propane fire pit, and wifi are included.

Warm welcome to PEI

This was our first visit to Prince Edward Island, and we could not have found a better place to stay while there. Dawn and Stephen welcomed us warmly when we arrived, even though we were a little early, and immediately shared some treats with us to enjoy. There were two couples in our group, and the place accommodâtes four easily, though there is only one bathroom, so some coordination of morning preparations is needed! However, the apartment was clean, and had all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable time. We spent a lot of time exploring the island, and a nice feature of the apartment is its location. It is close enough to Charlottetown for easy access, but one can also easily get to the north shore and the east shore quickly without going through lots of traffic. Finally, Dawn and Stephen are wonderful hosts. They were always responsive whenever we had a question, they made good suggestions to facilitate our visit, and always made us feel like members of their family. We had such a nice visit that we hope to return again soon!

A Great Place to Stay

We couldn't have asked for better accommodations on our two week exploration of PEI. The suite was well appointed, clean, comfortable, and centrally located for day trips. Stephen and Dawn are the best hosts ever. Book this place, you won't be disappointed.

We have owned this home since it was moved from its original location to make way for the construction on Fox Meadow Golf course. We have been in the BandB business and are excited to say, "This is a blast!"

We chose this property due to its uniqueness and size, as we are a family of five and really liked the space it provided and the history and character of this heritage home. We have enjoyed renovating every inch of this house over the years.

What makes this property unique

The benefits of this family home are the proximity to many activities that visitors want to enjoy. We are a couple of minutes from beaches, a golf course, biking/hiking trails, and tennis courts. We are also less than a ten-minute drive to Charlottetown where you can enjoy the many restaurants, theaters, festivals, and activities it has to offer.
