The only complex with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, full size football pitch, state of the art Spa rooms and gym, on site restaurant, shops, creche and bar. Without doubt the best place to stay in Bansko since it is waking distance to slopex and town centre, but far enough away to be incredibly quiet to aid a great night sleep. The apartment is fully furnished and has all you need if you want to self cater. On the 1st floor directly above indoor pool, so very cosy and few steps away from spa and games room where there are pool tables, XBox etc..

Perfect Location For the Slopes and Restaurants

The apartment was perfect for a ski holiday, close to the shops, restaurants and although the Gondola station was only a 10 min walk, the Belvedere site had a bus shuttle service up to the Gondola station starting at 8am.

Very Comfortable appt, all mod cons, okay for 3 to 4 persons and the spa facilities were excellent.

Would certainly come back again.

Lovely apartment, great location

The apartment is a lovely little base. It’s warm and cosy and has all you need. Any queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the owner and his property management team. We had a lovely stay and there is a shuttle to the gondola. The area was great lots of places to eat and not far from the old town. We stayed for 12 days and would definately return and stay in this apartment in the future. Thank you Martin and have a great new year!

Why The Owner chose Bansko

This property offers the best spa centre in Bansko and is walking distance to the gondola and town centre, however it is on the quieter side of town so no noise and therefore great for families. The apartment is situated above the indoor and outdoor pool and is very warm and perfect to sunbathe from, it is south facing and gets sunshine all day.

What makes this apartment unique

With both indoor heated and outdoor pools, excellent gymnasium, outside football pitch, basketball court, 2x sauna and infrared sauna, 2x steam rooms, large hot tub (Jacuzzi), kids playroom with modern PlayStation games, shop, restaurant, bar, free Wi-Fi, all dining requirements and utensils, extra bed linen and towels. Great mountain views from living room and bedroom. Both these rooms open on to a large balcony area. The only place in Bansko that can offer all these facilities under one roof is Belvedere and the apartment is fully serviced by Bansko property management company every week and during week as required.
