We fell in love with the area and the magnificent sceneries, the mild climate, but due to our professional contingencies, we can only stay for short periods of time. So we have decided to share with other people this wonderful rental.

Stunning view, very quiet location, close to everything included the beaches, but far from the crowd. Cosy ambiance for this comfortable and big apartment with a garden and a large shaded terrace. Many golf courses (the closest are 5/10 min drive)

Wonderful apartment - beautiful pool
Secluded clean with Amazing view
The owner doesn’t live in the city and the house keeper was on vacation and both doesn’t speak or write English. The communication doesn’t flow properly among both of them and the third person who actually wait at the unit to let you in. No lock box so we stayed out there for almost 2 hours till she showed up and demanded e20.00 because she came earlier and waited; not acceptable behavior at all.
Never use the GPS, it only works if you downloaded the HomeAway app and open the listing from the confirmatory email of your reservation. Otherwise it will send you to a similar address in the city. Follow the owner suggestions with only one addition to his French paragraph. The Signs for Avenue De Espanga is not visible if you are going up the mountain.
This unit is on top of a mountain and to reach there it takes 7 minutes driving- 7km- snaky road steep up hill driving from the main highway A7. Each unit has 3 stories and each has 2 apartments all of them called either 2A or 2B, this one actually is below the ground. As it is built on a cliff’s edge, its backyard open up on these amazing views- not kids friendly though-
Photos doesn’t even give it justice, it is way better. Perfectly stocked with everything you would even think of, clean, neat, tasty decorations. Perfect water pressure, clean pool, AC never needed, it is a bit cooler on that high elevation. Very very quite and secluded. Comfortable bed and pillows
Mercadona and LiDL are the closest downhill and you get value for the money. Mercadona has a fresh fish collection to die for, you can cook in no time a perfect seafood menu. MUST try the frozen King Prawns e10.00/kg…AAHHMAZING.
El Corte Ingles is an equivalent to Whole Foods in North America, even better and very expensive, beware.
Nikki’s beach is the closest to the location, just downhill and pass all roundabouts to the water and follow signs. We have been as well to Bounty beach, great one also, in Marbella town though a 15 minutes drive.
Enjoy everyday a stroll/Dinner/Tapas at the historical district
The beach always has a public space for your umbrella and chairs, or rent for e5.00/p or negotiate to e3.0/p sometimes works
Fresh whole fish at a restaurant is very expensive marked up dramatically, order the standard portion size, as good and way less expensive.
For North Americans:
* Rental cars are stick shift not automatic, beware
* your netflix
Wonderful place with an exceptional view
When the weather is not cloudy you can even see the lights of Africa in the evening. But it's not all ! The appartement is just fantastic: bed very confortable, bathroom with a powerful shower, kitchen incredibly well-equipped, living room cosy with AirDrop System. Don't hésitante you will not be desappointed.
Un lugar perfecto para descansar
Hemos vuelto este año a esta preciosa vivienda, pasando dos semanas con una tranquilad y paz que íbamos buscando. Tiene unas vistas maravillosas y todas las comodidades, no falta prácticamente de nada. Muy recomendable, muy tranquilo. Volveremos!!!

Un lieu paradisiaque !
Nous avons séjourné deux semaines à los BALCONES pour la deuxième fois.
Résidence très agréable, bien entretenue, calme et paisible dans une végétation luxuriante. La piscine est très propre et suffisamment grande pour y faire des longueurs. Appartement spacieux, parfait, rien ne manque pour le confort des vacanciers.
M Flamant est très attentionné et toutes les consignes pour la vie quotidienne dans l'appartement sont à disposition . Vue superbe et dégagée sur la mer. Accès à la plage facile en 10mn de voiture .
Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à nos meilleurs amis et y retournerons avec plaisir
