'Seaview' is a light and airy apartment with a modern feel. You'll

be a stones throw from the beach, with Eastbourne and Pevensey easily within walking distance along the promenade.

Sovereign Harbour with its many shops, bars and restaurants is less than a 10 minute walk away.

The apartment has a double bedroom with en-suite shower, the second bedroom has twin single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge diner and bathroom.

The balcony is double aspect with seating.

The apartment also has secure parking for one car.

Apartment very clean, modern and comfortable. Great having secure parking. We had everything we could possibly want and Debra was very helpful. Numerous restaurants at the harbour within walking distance. Lovely walk to Eastbourne pier along the sea front. We were lucky with the weather so able to sit on the balcony and take advantage of the lovely sea view

our stay at debra white's apar.was very nice clean and comfortable owner debra very pleasant and nothing was to much trouble she really made us very welcme with a nice bottle of wine to enjoy on the balcony watching the sunset after a nice day in eastbourne

Excellent apartment in a perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. There is a lovely walk along the promenade to Eastbourne and lots to look at around the marina too. Debra was really helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you for having us.

Lovely property

My husband and I loved every minute we spent in the property it had everything we needed and was the perfect base for all the places we intended to visit. The apartment was clean and spacious and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Debra the owner was lovely she greeted us and told us all about the area, she had provided us with wine, cake and tea making items.

It meet all our expectations with a pleasant well presented layout and a nice location.

The location allowed us to take evening walks along the beach and marina. Parking was on site and a lift to the second floor made loading and unloading easy. Two bathrooms and good sized bedrooms made the apartment feel comfortable. Great views towards the sea was a bonus, location good for travel out of town and an excellent bus service meant we could leave the car some days. Easy to travel by car or bus to many sites along the South Downs and walks along the south Downs Way.

Would have liked some extras in the kitchen but we had enough to cook most evenings. Apartment was well kept and clean. We would recommend this as a very pleasant stay in a excellent location. Debra was very helpful and welcoming.

Great apartment in a good position

Debra was great, showed us around the apartment including where to park and answered any questions and even texted in the week to make sure everything was OK. The apartment is quite big with a balcony around two sides so allowing the sun to be on it all day, great for sitting on looking out to sea and watching the world go by. The beach is just across the road and the harbour area with the restaurants and shops are just a 10 minute walk on the flat, Eastbourne is about a 40 minute walk to the pier which is a nice walk along the beach front. Thank you Debra really enjoyed are stay hopefully we will be back next year.

Just as described

The flat was cozy and clean and had beautiful sea views. My family and I truly felt like we were in a lovely, safe home away from our home. We will definitely be back. :)
