'Seaview' is a light and airy apartment with a modern feel. You'll
be a stones throw from the beach, with Eastbourne and Pevensey easily within walking distance along the promenade.
Sovereign Harbour with its many shops, bars and restaurants is less than a 10 minute walk away.
The apartment has a double bedroom with en-suite shower, the second bedroom has twin single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge diner and bathroom.
The balcony is double aspect with seating.
The apartment also has secure parking for one car.

Apartment very clean, modern and comfortable. Great having secure parking. We had everything we could possibly want and Debra was very helpful. Numerous restaurants at the harbour within walking distance. Lovely walk to Eastbourne pier along the sea front. We were lucky with the weather so able to sit on the balcony and take advantage of the lovely sea view

Debra was great, showed us around the apartment including where to park and answered any questions and even texted in the week to make sure everything was OK. The apartment is quite big with a balcony around two sides so allowing the sun to be on it all day, great for sitting on looking out to sea and watching the world go by. The beach is just across the road and the harbour area with the restaurants and shops are just a 10 minute walk on the flat, Eastbourne is about a 40 minute walk to the pier which is a nice walk along the beach front. Thank you Debra really enjoyed are stay hopefully we will be back next year.
The flat was cozy and clean and had beautiful sea views. My family and I truly felt like we were in a lovely, safe home away from our home. We will definitely be back. :)
Apartment was very clean and well maintained. It also was larger than expected based on the pictures. Debra was very helpful (esp. when my iphone broke). Bottle of wine and milk provided upon arrival (;-)), laundry machine but no dishwasher. Secure parking, elevator.
Our stay was for two weeks, 2 adults and two children (12+15). Location was good, short way to restaurants and supermarket, short drive to Eastbourne Pier and downtown. Easy train connection to London.
We would definitely recommend the apartment! We would like to come back anytime.
Dear Debra! We've had a great week in Eastborne, The appartment was luxury & clean, ideal for a family with children. The seaview from every window is exellent!!!
But best was the personal welcome and the advices for shopping, walking anderen trips to London and Brighton by train.
We would like to come back one day!

Everything was clean well maintained and in a good position for getting about.shower is really hard getting in and out no good for disabled renters,also the shower head does not stay up so you have to have a shower holding the head in your hand .
The apartment is exactly as you can see on the pictures. You have a wonderful view from the balcony.
It is very clean, cozy and comfortable and have everything for relaxing holidays.
We spent a week in Eastbourne and did´nt missed anything.
In 5 Minutes you´re at the beach and the Dotto Stop (a small train to the pier) and walk about 10 minutes to the next big shopping area and the Marina. We liked being able to park securely and the lift directly from parkground was very good.
Debra was very helpfull and friendly. She explained everything and gave us really good hints for things to do. We highly recommend this accomodation!
Trains to London Victoria are twice hourly, journey takes approx.
hour and 15 minutes.
Regular bus service between sovereign harbour and Eastbourne town centre.
