This is a wonderful 100m² apartment. It comes with three bedrooms and is located on the Rue Paccard in the very centre of Chamonix. It can sleep up to eight people in comfort.
It is on the 2nd floor of the old Hotel Lutetia (lift access) and has retained its beautiful arched doors and the wood panelling. It is deliberately kept in its original style to blend in with this old building.
It has one Double, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with two bunk bed units. It has a large and very comfortable antique lounge, complete with an open fireplace, family crest and a stained glass window. There is a separate kitchen, toilet and bathroom. There are 5 balconies facing to three sides of this apartment, south looking directly at Mt Blanc, east looking onto the town and the Aiguilles Rouges and west looking onto Brevant.
This is a very comfortable family apartment where you will feel instantly at home and relaxed. There are lots of books and games for kids. Wifi has been newly installed. It has unlimited hot water, central heating and secure private garage parking (€40.00/week extra).
This is in the very centre of Chamonix, on the main street in the pedestrian zone, wonderfully located for all the shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop for free transfers to all the ski areas is just two minutes walk away.
The rental price includes linen, towels, final cleaning and holiday taxes.
We like to personally check-in our customers and aim to greet you when you arrive in Chamonix. If this is not possible we will give you a detailed explanation in order for you to self check-in. We will always be contactable in the event a problem may arise and will try to meet you before you leave Chamonix. If a late check-in (after 9pm) is unavoidable then a €30.00 late check-in fee may be charged.
We do take a €200.00 deposit on booking which also acts as your damage waiver which will be returned to you shortly after you leave.
